Vicious Vignettes: Collection Of Prose And Poetry Kindle Edition

5.0 out of 5 stars 2 ratings

This collection of 28 weird, disturbing and occasionally salacious tales that started out as pure light-hearted flash fiction, isn't for the virtuous or conventional. These fiendish snapshots have elongated, evolved, darkened, infiltrated other genres and some spilled into the rhythmic world. If you don’t like your fiction bland, if you’re the suspicious type, if you don’t take anything you see or hear for granted, then this is for you.
Pack your sense of humour; you might just need it.

A brilliant collection of weird, wonderful and downright scary characters and short stories. A great book to dip in to for a burst of inspiration.

5.0 out of 5 stars An entertaining blend of hilarity and horror.

“Still around at Six Feet down” such a great lyrical title it should be a song. The grandfather in this story meets with a deeply disturbing end. I’m a grandfather…
In a sequel to Romeo and Juliet, her father “found solace with liquor and time passed like whispering wind through the empty rooms of their palatial home.” Brilliant.
Laugh or gasp in Climate Change at little Luke’s urge to give Santa a helping hand, even if it belonged to someone else.
The Ban- what if the powers that be banned f words? You’re allowed one use then you forget how to say it. Yes you f… erm don’t remember it. Well duck me. Hilarious.
This collection is in danger of being fascinating. Why isn’t it a bestseller?
