    I liked it. It was good to see the Whites again. Neither of them have slowed down at all. Good plot as well. A good quick read. My only complaint is a minor one. The family has gotten so large that it’s difficult to keep everyone straight. That plus the fact I like Tanner better. You get to feel what Tanner feels and thinks. You don’t get that with Mr. White. Having said that, the series is still recommended.

    Justice needs to be served in a way that their victims are avenged properly. Unfortunately the legal system does no longer protect the innocent, but gives the guilty a method to escape punishment equal to their crimes. Jails are overflowing with criminals who are not repentant and would commit the heinous crimes over and over. Sadly that was not the intention of our founding fathers. Thank you Mr Kane .

    Remington Kane just has a knack for storytelling. While a lot of the book told the story of the villain (which isn't A bad thing) we where reading this for Mr. White and some of his family....the last 25% of this book made it all worth it. Don't get me wrong, the rest of the book was solid but the last quarter of the book was classic Kane writing. Loved it and continue to love this series

    In the Taken! series, much of Jessicaʼs and Mr. Whiteʼs relationship was alluded to, never fully explained. Kept readers coming back without the need of a cliffhanger (at least I am speaking for myself).

    This does not take place entirely in the past; a brief stop or two is required to really set up the story.

    Happily, while the series is named Mr. White, those we came to look forward to — Mr. White does have an interesting life, with interesting friends — are here.

    Keep your eyes on Samantha.

    As with all of Mr. Kaneʼs books, there is non-stop action, dragging the reader in with the first page. No dragging in the story, pure adrenaline.

    After all the Remington Kane books I have read, I still cannot think of another author who is quite like Mr. Kane.

    I am so pleased you brought White back. I had missed these characters and it was truly like meeting up with old friends after a long break. I also love the way all your characters from all your books are intertwined. It makes for very interesting reading. I now feel like going right back to the first White novel and starting again. Plot was excellent, bringing back White's past was very clever. Only criticism I can think of, is the Samantha side was wound up very quickly, it's as if there were only so many pages allowed, and the plot overran. Even though, really looking forward to the next book.
