- Reviewed in the United States on September 27, 2022There are SO many journals. It seems like almost every time I am online, I discover another one. A few months ago, I was in a bad place, and searched the universe for all the help I could get. One of the things I decided to do was to try journaling. But as much as I love to read, I am not much of a writer. I was very intimidated.
I decided I needed a guide of some sort, but did not want to commit to a large journal or pay a lot of money. I almost did not select this - I don't trust amazon reviews (ha!) and I've never heard of the author. That being said, I cannot recommend "The Women's Wellbeing Journal" enough. I have hated myself for so long. If you are not familiar with self-care (mental care, not spa days), this journal is for you. I was not blessed with a loving parent, and sometimes it cuts too deep. "The Women's Wellbeing Journal" is an excellent, unassumingly brilliant, journal of support. I felt peace by the second day. It is forgiving and simple and effective. It is a great guide for people* who want to accept themselves and look forward to tomorrow.
*This journal is helpful to anyone who may need some self-care, which is probably everyone you know. Please do not let the "Women" in the title prevent you from trying this journal, no matter your gender or age. I loved it so much, I googled the author to thank her. Fyi - she is very kindhearted to internet fangirls.

This journal is excellent for those who are new to journalling and to those who are seasoned pros! The thoughtful prompts are really helpful to get you started and it is laid out in a way that doesn't overwhelm. The affirmations and quotes are a lovely addition, very inspiring!

I find with these types of journals it’s sometime restrictive and you deviate from the structure or stop using but this has really useful daily prompts to help you write down how you are feeling and to get you thinking about yourself. You don’t have to write loads but it helps you understand how you are feeling. Can use morning or nighttime. Weekly prompts are small challenges that are achievable definitely think i will continually use this journal.

Easy- to- use journal with some inspiring quotes and positive affirmations. A good way to remind yourself to practice gratitude and self compassion through the mini exercises. I enjoyed doing the weekly reviews. Would buy again.
