- Reviewed in the United States on December 24, 2024It's better to try it. If you like it, great! If you don't, at least you figured it out and won't regret not doing it, later! THANK YOU, A.W.! ENJOY!
- Reviewed in the United States on May 19, 2025The amount of kink stories that I read were like they go to X for matchmaking and there’s no action not making that needing someone they just run into the person basement serving coffee cake for once they end up dating that person. In the end, it can be they go on a boat they go to an island they go to a retreat they use an app just any number of things and for some reason authors are obsessed with there being a matchmaking gimmick but it never being used. For once, it was actually used the entire way. They met through the letters. They wrote the letters and the end had to do with the letters. For that alone, this is already above most kink series.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 11, 2021This was a cute short story. A lot of fluff. I'd really have loved to have a little more - a little more character background and story arc. It was kind of like a plain cupcake. It just needs some fancy frosting and sprinkles to make it perfect. There were also several editing issues that could have been easily resolved with a good proofreader. All in all, not a bad story. I really like the idea of the pen pal program. I'd just like to see more!
- Reviewed in the United States on February 14, 2023The blurb is spot on with how fast this book moves, but there is decent character development even with the quick pace, and the characters are all charming. Looking forward to more of Princess Aster and crew.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 8, 2022I enjoyed this short story about Aster finding his forever daddy. This is an intro to a series, so it is short without a ton of character development, but it’s sweet, and has a HEA.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 1, 2025It felt like it was missing something. I wish the substance of their letters was just a little more. It would make the speed of their relationship make more sense, rather than just feel rushed. I also wish Aster's little made more of an appearance. These opinions might be because I'm used to much longer more complicated Daddy/little stories. I'm going to read the next one so we'll see if I can stick with the series/author.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 18, 2021Okay, I know this was a really short read, but it was written based off of a plot bunny I came up (in part), and I’m so happy to see the story come to fruition! It’s even better than I imagined because all I’ve wanted are all the princess boy littles!
- Reviewed in the United States on December 31, 2021This was sweet less steamy for My taste and more sweet, pen pal romances are my jam so I read everything I can, I didn't know about the "little" term but You always learn something new everyday. This was a little too short for me and it felt rushed but it was really sweet

4.0 out of 5 stars Sweet and endearing
Sweet and uncomplicated, I enjoyed this little read with easy characters to identify with and enough emotions to carry a reader along on an endearing journey.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sweet short little story
Quick easy to read little story .
Aster owns his own business, working from home, creating clothing for 'littles'. He started his business as he found it hard to find clothing he liked , when he was Princess Aster.
Aster and Charlie started writing to each other as pen pals. They clicked over their letters and a relationship began.
Really sweet little story
Would recommend as a quick feel good read.

5.0 out of 5 stars Schöner Auftakt

4.0 out of 5 stars Sweet
A short, sweet insta-love story, this book had one of my favorite tropes "falling in love with someone's words without seeing their face". The letter writing was adorable, and I loved the characters, as well as the side-cast.

4.0 out of 5 stars Cute Short Story
Oooh, this will give you squishy feelings and even toothache, it's that sweet. Two men emailing each other, haven't met or seen photo's at first, one didn't even know if the other was male or female for a few letters. A short but gorgeous tale, a prelude to the series. I enjoyed it even though I'm not a fan of Daddy and Little, I like Daddy and Boy but Littles are not really my thing, although, to me, Aster seemed a bit more like a Boy than a Little. That said Aster is so freaking adorable I'll forgive him.
