- Reviewed in the United States on January 11, 2019Format: KindleI wanted to know about this specific NLP technique of anchoring so i could use it myself without seeing a NLP practitioner and this books explains it very clearly and simply and in enough detail for my purpose . Highly recommended . I was that pleased with the results from using the anchoring process in such a short time that I haven't even read the first half of the book on submodalities so I cannot comment on this first half . I feel that just the anchoring bit by itself is worth the full price of this kindle book .

4.0 out of 5 stars book format
Format: PaperbackVerified PurchasePicky, I know, but it would be nice if all the "Practical NLP" series were the same format (size). Just makes it look like a "book set" - i.e. an incrementing series of books, by the same author, on the same topic. Otherwise, looks like a good introduction to the basics of NLP (I only have 1 and 4).
