Editorial Reviews

Review

Ahh the conclusion to a fantastic series doesn't disappoint. The chemistry between the characters is still amazing and their relationships are growing and changing. I am sad to see this series reach its end, I honestly feel as if my friends are moving away! But I have faith that CW will continue to provide us with many more fantastic stories for a good long while! I am pleased that the story ended on a happy and hopeful note. ~~ Sarah Banks

First and foremost, Chariss K. Walker is a storyteller. She tells her readers and listeners a story as if they were sitting around a blazing campfire or at the kitchen table. She tells a story in words that anyone with any level of education can understand.

From light and airy to dark and emotionally intense, Chariss K. Walker, M.Msc., Reiki Master/Teacher, writes both fiction and nonfiction books that captivate and excite her readers. In her own words, Chariss says, "I write for those who search for the mystical in the world. I write to inspire, inform, and delight. I write for you!"

Those who search for meaning and the supernatural in themselves will enjoy her books whether readers of fiction or nonfiction. Her fiction expresses a visionary/metaphysical message that illustrates growth in a character's consciousness while utilizing a paranormal aspect. Her nonfiction books share insight, hope, and inspiration.

Although Chariss writes some dark-fiction books about insanely dark topics that are not suitable for faint-hearted readers, there is always an essential question of the abstract nature that gives a reader increased awareness and perception. She also writes cozy mysteries and inspirational women's studies fiction.

All of her books are sold worldwide in eBook, paperback, and many are in large print. Click the "follow" button to find out when new books are released. Get a free eBook when you subscribe to her monthly newsletter:

I can not state strongly enough that this series must be read in order--much like a Sensei teaches his students!!

The whole series was fun to read, at times hard to put down. Having never had that type of relationship it was sometimes hard to relate.

This has been a very unique experience reading eight books on one subject. This one ended very well I have enjoyed every minute of the last one Chassis Walker is a fine interesting author. I received a free copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. That did not affect my opinion of this book

The final installment of a well-written five-book series. Once I suspended my disbelief over the concepts of "seeing" future events, past lives, and interactions with dead people, I found the series delightful. There's just enough suspense and scenery changes to keep the narrative from being boring.

The final book in The Vision Chronicles wraps everything up nicely. The only criticism I have is that it's over, the part we're allowed to see of their lives; Sands, Patty, James and Danny, and their children: Kathleen, Ryder and Riley, as well as their tight knit group of friends. I must admit that I didn't foresee what all happened in this book. It's more accurate to say I didn't see how it would finish. I've written a hundred sentences in this review, and erased them all. I simply don't want to chance any spoilers. It is the last book in the series, and I want you to enjoy it, not for me to spoil it.
I'll say that I'm glad karma found her way to the appropriate characters. After what happens so close to the children, I'm ecstatic where karma takes her retributions.
I'm finding this review to be all but impossible for me. I keep getting emotional that I'll never 'see' these friends again. They've become a part of my thoughts, so letting them go is hard.
There were no grammar or edit mistakes that I saw. Everything was written very clear and concise: at no time did I ever feel confused, lost or bored. You're not left with big questions that are left unanswered. We come to a nice close to all their stories. There's certainly room to expand further, should Walker decide to. I'd love to see what happens as the children become teenagers and adults. What a charmed life they'll lead with so much money and riches all around, private schools and private jets! I can't help but think about what traits they'll inherit and which they'll ignore.
I give this book an easy 5 stars. It's a satisfying conclusion. I received a free copy of this book, and this is my own opinion on what I feel about it. 5/5 again.
