    Elisa S Amore writes one of the best books yet again. After reading the love story of Evan and Gemma, it was nice to hear the story of Stella and Drake. Sometimes, I can't even put it into words about how incredible her writing is. She captures the characters perfectly and you are drawn into their story and world, and you feel as if you are there yourself. The entire book was breathtakingly beautiful and amazing. I read it in only three days and I feel myself longing for more. After I finished this book, I needed to read more about the world of Drake and Stella. When I finished it, I just longed for more and for the story to never end. Once I put the book down, I was still part of the world of Drake and Stella for the next few days. I cannot wait till the next book comes out because Elisa S Amore writes another perfect book.

    IF you are interested in the love story of Drake and Stella, I suggest to read the Touched Saga first because everything will make more sense if you do. If you are looking for a page-turning book filled with love, laughter, adventure, flawless writing, and a book world that consumes you; read this book and become part of the love story of Drake and Stella. You will not regret reading this book and the Touched Saga.

    So happy to read Stella and Drake's story come to live. Elisa's story never fail to show that love conquerors all. We it be a battle of wits or hand to hand combat. If you want to bad enough and your love is stong enough you can even take on Hell itself. And this story has all of that and more. Excited to see what comes next.

    Lisa S. Amore puts the reader in the middle of the action immediately when the book begins! (You do not have to read the Touched series before this book, but I highly recommend that you do.) First off, the series is an Epic love story with the twists and turns of a mountain hiking trail. Dark Tournament is all about Drake, who was lost to Hell, and the long lost love of his life, Stella. As a child of Eve, he was a subterranean angel whose job on earth was to usher the good souls towards Heaven while keeping the witches from taking their souls to hell. Now that he’s in Hell that is ruled by the witches, he has plenty of time to be Drake, a lover and a fighter. He spends his days fighting for the witch that claimed him, Kreeshna, and pretends to love her just so he won’t become a prisoner. Death can’t get any better, right?

    WRONG! Drake finds out that his Soulmate that died on earth, Stella, is in Hell with him. The witch that claimed him has been watching Stella and is out in Hell hunting Stella down. Will Drake find Stella in time and will Stella be the same love he has missed for all of these years?

    What is Kreeshna’s plan for Stella? Does she have a plan for Drake too? Hell is a scary place on its own with its many creatures and souls. Add a few witches and a constant Battle to be fought and that is when we begin to have Hell on an all new level. Hell is full of trickery, witchcraft, deceit, and lies. No one would ever want to stay there if they had a choice…

    The Dark Tournament in Hell is held once every thousand years. This time, Kreeshna wants to become the Black Queen of the Dark Tournament, beating all of her sisters for the Crown. She uses Drake as her Champion. If Drake wins, Kreeshna gets the Crown. If he loses, it will be his ultimate death into Oblivion. Do the witches play fair? Of course NOT!

    Anyone holding a torch to Evan and Gemma’s love would be hard, but Drake’s unwavering loyalty his heart holds for Stella is the stuff we could only dream we had! Right from the start Dark Tournament was full of action and that very same action lasted pretty much through the entirety of the story.

    While I think the book was too short for my liking and slightly rushed (or maybe that’s just me wishing there were more to it), I couldn’t put it down and fell asleep at night with my Kindle in my hands—Not only was Drake’s story action packed and riveting, but it was full of the stuff you’d find in nightmares and some of it in your dreams too. I can’t wait to read more of Drake and Stella and I can’t wait until Gevan’s story collides with theirs—right in the very pit of Hell. Overall great read and Elisa delivered it again.

    I am so happy we get to reconnect with Drake in this book. I was so upset when he was killed by Assin in the last series. Drakes witty sarcastic remarks keep you laughing throughout the entire book. Elisa 's use of language and imagery draws the reader in and you experience all the scenes right along with Drake. I will say that it took me right up till the end to connect with Stella. I suppose Hell has that affect on people do it makes sense her transformation would make her rough around the edges. The witches are true villains who hopefully get what is coming to them in the next book. I would love to reconnect with Evan and Gemma in this series.
