Elle Nicoll is a British author, and ex long-haul flight attendant, who spent years travelling the world and dreaming up stories whilst trying to stay awake on night flights.

She writes very steamy, emotional, swoony, contemporary romance novels, all based around love.

Elle loves putting her characters through challenges that make them grow from the beginning of the story, until their HEA. They have to fight hard for it... but when they get there, it's so worth it.

All of Elle's characters are different. Whether they are a brooding CEO, the best friend who always held the heroine in his heart, a Hollywood heartthrob, or a silver fox with gentlemanly manners and a deliciously filthy tongue. They are all unique and infuriating in their own way.

The way he wins her over is precious, their banter is perfect and their friends are so fun! And sweet Nigel lol. Of course you can’t have a romance book without the third act breakup where the secret is exposed… there’s no grovel but their reconnection brought tears to my eyes. All in all it was a very good story and the spice was plenty!

    This one was much better then Mr.Anderson. tanner was such a golden retriever but damn on the bedroom he was such a man. I knew, based on reading about her in that book, that she would be a great character! The dirty talk from the females in this series is great and refreshing! I loved how she stayed strong throughout the whone book! To many times, the females cave so easily. It's almost impossible to find a romance with a strong woman in control of her physical reactions and attraction. Most books write a female emotionally weak and that we can't contain ourselves over a gorgeous man. It's insulting, but I still read them. Lol.

    Pros:

    Book 2 is much better than book 1. Writing style has improved. Better character dialogue. Conflict was more believable.
    Book 2 has more depth. Enjoyed the two person POV style.
    Rachel and Tanner had great chemistry.
    Some of the sex scenes were scorching.
    It was lovely catching up with previous supporting characters.
    I enjoyed the plot twist regarding Rachel and Tanner’s shared history.
    Loved the HEA

    Cons:

    Too many sex scenes. Almost every chapter there was a graphic sex scene. Sometimes less is more.
    I wasn’t a fan of Rachel’s character in the beginning. I thought she came across as too prickly and a bit harsh. Character became more relatable and less one dimensional once she admitted that she had feelings for Tanner.
    Tanner was a bit flat as a character.
    Ending felt rushed.
