GJ/JT. have penned a SYFY action adventure titled, "What Lies Beneath", which begins with the Clans battling for their existence. A new leader as come forth and is ready to lead the combined Clans in an all out war against the Vald. They are successful, but e Queen remains alive. This is an excellent read for the genre.....DEHS

I read all of the books and enjoyed the story. But several areas were left unresolved. What was the government project with the Valk. I assume the mention of the Valk providing children to the city was how they survived to that point. None of the people in the military plant could have lived so long and must have been the children provided grown. I loved the role Seren played. I assume the taint was nuclear waste and that radiation poisoning was what killed humans on the walk to the citadel. Why was Gaston not affected? Part Valk? Why were they not affected?

But has it ended? Are the Valk rising again? This has been a great story with so many interesting characters

Twists, turns, and blood! While Jonah's story ended in a manner I never expected, it was certainly pleasing and put a pretty bow on this saga, was it really the end? Could the Elk and Cygoa story continue? And what of the Valk? Serens story grows, and waits to be told! I certainly hope it comes next.

Glynn does an exceptional job rounding out his characters in this saga. The story board he works off must be crazy to look at. I was sucked in with book one, and been happily following along ever since. This is a series you don't want to miss. Highly recommended.

Please don't let it stop here!

I really like it but it is left the story unfinished. Rather Unexpected ending.

Short enough that allows for a quick, in between long books.

Cursing and sexual talk was unnecessary.
Story line just ok. Will not recommend this book. Don’t know if I would listen to more of this author books.

I listened to the first 4 books and quick!y purchased the 5th to read as it has not been released on Audible. What a great story. I love this author's style, and thank you for ending the story so well. I hate it when some authors feel the need to leave character storylines unresolved. Do yourself a favor give this a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Without a doubt the story is pretty gripping but the characters needed more humanising. Certainly worth a read, I look forward to further instalments
