Writing is a labor of love for Linda Bridey, whose works are consistently on several top 100 best-selling romance book lists. Since starting her writing career in earnest, Linda has written thirty-seven books and counting, which have gained great popularity. Her Westward series, which includes twenty-three books, is set in Dawson, Montana. When the series ended, her readers wanted more of the characters they'd come to know and love--so much so that it prompted her to create the Dawson Chronicles, which picks up the stories of many of the descendants of the original characters, but can also be read as a stand-alone series.

Linda's Echo Canyon series, tells the story of a small Montana town on the verge of extinction after the collapse of the mining industry in the region. It shows the ingenuity of the Echo's inhabitants in how they come together to save the town they love. All is not always as it seems in Echo with mystery, suspense, and romance abound!

    I just finished reading #11 of this series. I feel like I know each one of the characters personally! These books were hard to put down! I found myself ordering the next one as soon as I had finished the one I was reading. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed the series. And I wish there were more to come, I will miss them badly! I will probably never read another series that I will enjoy that much! She is a very talented writer! All the twists and turns and surprises just kept you tethered to your seat!     "Are you SERIOUS!?" That was the thought in my mind when I finished the book with my mouth gaping open. Each time I read an Echo Canyon book I think wow, this is my favorite one! However this one...this one...I got whiplash with all the twists and turns! I LOVED it. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would!

    I have read all 11 books in the Echo series & I feel as though I am a member of this community. I grew up in a small country town with all of the elements of Echo including Indians, thieves, witchcraft & murder. And just as Echo each had person was caught & punished. Ms. Bridey, I don't know if you can top this because each chapter of each book kept my heart palpitating & goose bumps on my flesh. 5 stars for sure for each book.

    Linda Bridey writes very good stories! The characters are brought to life with humor, strength, and interesting twist to their personalities. The stories are interesting and keep you guessing what is going to happen. Anyone who reads Linda's books will not be disappointed. The only thing that makes me kind of crazy is when she has certain inventions being used before they were actually invented, ex. the Molotov cocktail which was invented around 1947, but this doesn't distract from the story line.
