This is another fun adventure from my favorite author. The new restaurant and all that was happening had you wondering what was going on and Who was doing it. A must read in this series with so many characters. Pete coming into his relationship and Tony's unraveling just adds to the story. Can hardly wait to see what happens on The Siren of the Sea.

    I having been loving this whole series so far. I enjoyed the new characters and of course all The regulars. The situation with Tony was sad in this one and I was disappointed that it was not resolved in this installment but I will definitely be reading the next one to find out what happens. I also Can't wait to see what crazy things Elvira does on the cruise. She's hilarious.

    I have read all of Hope's books love them all and this one did not disappoint. This my favorite series followed closely by the Garden girls. I always feel like I am visiting old friends. The story line is very interesting I read the book in just a few hours. I had a hard time putting it down. I was hooked and was trying to find out what was going to happen next. I hope all works out for Tony and his wife. I love the story of how they got together. I can't wait for the cruise even if crazy Elvera did invite herself. Now that is one crazy woman. If you have not read her books you need to. She will make you laugh and some times cry.😀😢 but we'll worth it. Hope has an incredible talent.

    I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this series by Hope Callaghan, but I have to admit that while I enjoyed this one, I was a little annoyed and felt somewhat cheated.I never mind having loose threads that continue through a series, but when it involves a family situation and potential harm to a mother and daughter, as part of this story does, It does not seem right. I am not a fan of cliff hangers. The other part of the story, problems between the restaurant owned by Carlita Garlucci and a new restaurant was not very mysterious and was easily solved. I felt the real mystery was discovering what is going on with Tony's wife, Shelby. It all seemed so out of character. Hence, I was disappointed. The book, as always, was well written. The parrot was hilarious and the antics of Elvira are always fun. I also enjoy the ongoing thread of the hunt for treasure.
