Finding Holland: How K-pop Snuck Into My Life (Falling Into K-pop Black Hole) Kindle Edition
Girl is Fascinated by K-pop
Girl Becomes Obsessed with K-pop
Girl Needs Help
In a world without white knights in shining armour, the girl has no choice but to turn to the pen for help, which after all is mightier than the sword. In her journey to reclaim her social life, she decided to spend hours, days, months writing her book on K-pop, which also obliterated her social life. Oh well, some battles cannot be won, either by pen or sword.
What’s in this blogbook?
- A thorough investigation into who is to blame for my K-pop obsession.
- Me gushing about how Holland is an amazing singer, a precious human being, and a courageous artist.
- A little chitchat about K-pop fandoms.
- A complete guide to everything you need to know about Holland.
- Analysis of Holland’s self-titled first EP.
- Discourse on the LGBTQ community in South Korea and Holland’s role in it as K-pop’s first openly gay idol.
- Those who have realised that they are spending too much time on K-pop and are searching for ways to manage their time more productively.
- Those who have just gotten into K-pop and are getting overwhelmed by basically everything.
- Veteran K-pop fans who want to reminisce about their baby fan days.
- Those who have heard of Holland and want to know more about him so they can start stanning him.
- Harlings, whether they have just become Holland’s fans or have been in the fandom since debut. There is something for all types of Harlings in this book.
- LGBTQ K-pop fans and allies who are sick of simultaneous queerbaiting and homophobia in K-pop and want to support the few openly gay artists in the industry.
- Wait for some time. I will be back with another blogbook soon. As you are reading this, I am holed up in my room working on it, making sure you all don’t have to wait too long.
- While you are waiting, please share your feedback. They encourage and help me to write better books.

About the author

About the Author Regular Ver.
Arushi Raj is an author, editor, educator, and linguaphile. She has published novels, short stories, nonfiction books, and poetry collections. She specializes in Pop Culture and Media Studies, in which she has presented papers at various national and international conferences.
She has a postgraduate degree in English Literature, a Diploma in Creative Writing, and certification in Editing and Publishing. She lives in Mumbai with her family and incessant rain.
About the Author Irregular Ver.
Arushi Raj is a full-time couch potato and a part-time writer. She has two eyes, two ears, one nose, and – what she has been told – one mouth. Do not misunderstand, she is not under the assumption that she has multiple mouths. But there is something about the mouth that doesn't feel singular to her. There is so much plurality in it – teeth, lips – that it doesn't make sense to her that the mouth is singular. But alas, after three decades on this planet, she has come to accept all of its irregularities, in language and being.
There is not much to say about her except she likes to read, listen to music, and is obsessed with languages. She speaks English, Hindi, Japanese, French, and Korean with varying degrees of fluency. Of course, her one true love is writing and she hopes that her books can touch and inspire at least one person on this overpopulated planet.
Lastly, if you have read her books and want to share your thoughts, do leave a review. She is always working towards improving her craft. So, she would really appreciate some feedback.
That’s all folks,
Bye-Bye
PS: All profits from the sale of her books will go to a cause that is very near and dear to her heart, that is, to keep a roof over her head and food in her tummy.
