I hope the series doesn't go overboard with carlita and Pete, I love the aspect that Carlita is a single strong willed, woman With a fierceness protection for her family.     I love these books, Hope really draws her readers in to the story. The characters are great and you can relate to them as lovely people. The books are good clean and funny. Although this one not only made me chuckle but feel both sad and a bit angry in places. It is well worth five stars as are all Hope's books.
