Not only is this lovely, well written, sexy, and funny, but it also contains one of the most relatable scenes in any piece of literature. In the second story, Late Shift, two aliens discuss why third shift is harder than a first shift. As someone who works night shifts, this scene alone made me deliriously happy for a whole week. The fact that erotic short stories mostly about aliens can still make connection with a human audience is amazing, it's writing at its finest, and whatever you're looking for in this book, it will probably deliver. It's funny, sexy, and smart, and the short stories are great for a quick read whenever you need something smutty, or a good laugh.

If anything it might be better than the first, and that is saying something, since I love Oh Earthman dearly. I own it digitally and in a (now signed!) paperback and both are great. If you like m/m erotic fiction and strange science fiction stories are your jam, please check this out. The worlds and premises are interesting, thought provoking and just really hot. I highly recommend both!

Like a good album, this anthology has something for many moods. Silly antics? Existential warmth? Tangled melancholy? Whichever particular flavor you like, there’s a story to spice it up.

Particular recommendation for “When I think about space,” and “All this beauty and life.”
