    There are a few stories that were quite disturbing, although all of them displayed terrifying imaginings. It took me a bit longer to complete this book, as occasionally I found myself needing a time out. Good reading though.

    This is the best short horror fiction I've read yet. The artful way the author weaves characters and canon between the separate stories is a pure pleasure. I took a star off only for the few but noticable grammar errors; otherwise this would have been a flawless experience.

    I usually love anything published by Velox but this was a letdown. Every single story has someone or multiple people screaming their lungs out and peeing their pants. I’m not kidding. Every single story. It gets way too repetitive after the first couple. I was so disappointed. Though there is a lot of creativity here, it seemed like each tale followed the same exact outline. Really bummed about it.

    I liked the way the stories were interwoven together. You do not have to read all of them or in order to understand each individual story, but there is an overarching theme throughout. I felt the book was well- written and contained stories that were not your run-of- the- mill horror.

    This is another great little collection of short stories from the no sleep series from velox books. It’s got a focus on lovecraft ian horror type stories so if you’re into that pick this up first. But just get the entire collection !

The stories were told very well and I would recommend this to a horror fan looking for a quick read.     1. Lost Camera: Enjoyed the suspense of the journey and history (authors explanation) on the way and through the tunnels. I could imagine each step. Left me wondering towards the end as how this phenomenal creature had formed. Felt that the story could have gone a bit further before noticing it or them, in a denying way, in the drains. On the whole a good read and worth people purchasing. At the start of my reading I could imagine a TV series or more stories from the original concept.
    2. Stay Quiet: Kept me is suspense from the first Shhh...... Thrilling right to the end with the author leaving the doors open or the reader wanting to Google themselves..
