A small town hit hard times. The old mines have closed, but the rail tracks and sheds are still there. The Sheriff didn't mind that a few drunks hung out in the place. That was until the dead bodies began showing up. Someone is killing those down on their luck, but how to find who would commit such despicable acts and why could be a problem. Especially since the killer doesn't even remember the crimes nor the voices that urged them on.
