I'm so glad you found me. Do you find that reading about people who are struggling to make their lives better gives you insights into how to do the same thing for yourself? Do you know, deep within, that there is more to life than the material world, and that working with energy and intention, you can make powerful changes for yourself? Do you like to feel inspired, challenged and comforted as you put a book down, and find yourself recalling parallel events in your own life? Me, too. I want to be lifted up by my reading entertainment, and I want the people I meet in books to become dear friends and mentors.

I call these stories shamanic suspense novels, but the stories are born either of my personal experience or channeled information. You decide what's real and what's "fiction."

In early December, 2020, I moved to Vilcabamba, Ecuador, with my fur babies Lucas and Sugar (dog and dog) in the Valley of Longevity. I was settled in enough to feel the potent effects of the Solstice, and grateful to work and celebrate with indigenous shamans and the spiritual community here. Here there are many awakened beings, who cherish the life force of Nature and help it to flourish. The community is warm and welcoming. I'm home.

My prayer for you is that you are using the stripping away of these times to find your personal True Direction. My additional prayer for you is that my stories and other offerings will help you do that.

I am in the process of completing an on-line program called "Soul Work: Tools to Help You Heal." My once-a-month newsletter will give you more information about these tools and also about new stories as the characters tell them to me. Since I protect my time and energy, I also protect yours.

    Barbara Snow once again knocked it out of this dimension in The Water Protectors the eagerly awaited 3 volume of her The Shaman Chronicles. Back are the old grandmothers and middle aged, comfort food binging, beer guzzling, caffeine fueled, spiritually elevated, everyday heroines and heroes, the shape shifters and the earth friendly extraterrestrials we came to know and love in Snow's first 2 volumes. In her third novel, millennial lovers, Shania and Daniel, join the quest to save the planet. Both recognize and are drawn to and in awe of the deep spiritual giftedness in the other while failing to see the same gift in themselves. (I wonder if this is this is a thinly veiled admonishment to stay-at-home millennials who in choosing not to vote, fail to recognize and use their power to change the world?) Only an alchemy of masculine and feminine energies purified by love can bring the earth back into balance. With the encouragement and support of the elders, guidance and protection from the shape shifters and practical assistance from earths extraterrestrial allies, Shania and Daniel launch a plan to bring together an international coalition of those who have been Mother Earth's protectors from time out of mind, her First Peoples. The novel ends with Shania and Daniel on an extraterrestrial conveyance on their way to Peru. I'm counting on a sequel.
