- Reviewed in the United States on November 19, 2022I really liked that this book started off with a very short description of some of the main characters other interests instead of shooting and killing. And then proceeded pretty directly to get into shooting and killing. The setup for the plot got done within the first 10% of the book which was really nice because you could have 90% of the book to flesh out the plot and get to a good ending. There was lots of good action in this book especially after our hero crash landed his airplane in the Ukraine and joined up with the Ukraine freedom fighters to complete his goal of revenge for the killing of his friend. That whole sequence of action was pretty exciting. And then he ended up at the very end making a call for a dinner date with a hot lady. What a great way to end a book.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 26, 2023Kenneth Rosenberg has done it again. Nathan Grant is an amazing character. "The Berlin Connection" is a fast-paced thriller, involving Berlin, France, Russia, and the Ukraine. The novel ends with Nathan and Natalia having dinner together, in London, with a tease for the subsequent novel, "London On Fire." Nathan is a wonderful character, but I missed Natalia, so this is the best of the best.
