خَدَمَ السيّد الشيخ مُحَمَّد المُحَمَّد الكَسْنَزان الحُسيني (قدس الله سره العزيز) الطريقةَ العَلِيّة القادِريّة الكَسْنَزانيّة أستاذاً لها أكثر من اثنين وأربعين عاماً، منذ بداية عام 1978 حتى انتقاله إلى جوار الرحمن في منتصف عام 2020. وسخّرَ حياتَه لخدمة الإسلام والمسلمين والناس عموماً، فكان أُسوةً حسنةً لكل سالكٍ على طريق القرآن العظيم وسُنّةِ النبي مُحَمَّد ﷺ، فهدى اللهُ على يديه عَدَداً لا يُحصى من الخَلْق. وكما تُرينا سيرتُه العطِرة، أفنى شيخُنا الجليل حياتَه يُعلّمُ الناسَ حُبَّ رسول الله ﷺ وسيلةً إلى حُبَّ اللهِ عزّ وجل، فكان مُعلماً فذّاً لأقدسِ أشكالِ الحبّ. وحقَّ له أن يكون مع الذين أثنى عليهم النبي الكريم بقوله ﷺ يُحَبِّبونَ عِبَادَ اللَّهِ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَيُحَبِّبونَ اللَّهَ إِلَى عِبَادِهِ.إن مشيخة الطريقة هي اختيار من الله سبحانه وتعالى، فينظر عزّ وجل بعين العناية إلى من اصطفاه لهذا الدور الروحي من قبل أن يُجلِسه على سجّادة الطريقة. بل ويتولّاه من قبل ولادته، فيهيأ الأسبابَ التي تجعله يكون كما يريد، بما في ذلك البيئة الروحية التي ينشأ فيها. ونرى هذا الأمر واضحاً حين ندرس تاريخ شيخنا وحياته.كحال كل مشايخ الطريقة، تداخلَ الطبيعيُّ والخارقُ في حياة الشيخ مُحَمَّد المُحَمَّد الكَسْنَزان، فكانت الكراماتُ من خوارق العادات مِداداً كُتِبَ به جزءٌ كبيرٌ من تاريخه. فتدوين هذه السيرة المباركة يعني توثيق بعض الكرامات التي أنعم بها الله على شيخنا الكريم.

وُلد لؤي فتوحي في بغداد، العراق، عام 1961. هاجر مع زوجته إلى بريطانيا في عام 1992، حيث يسكن في برمنغهام، إنجلترا. حصل على شهادة البكالوريوس في الفيزياء من جامعة بغداد، العراق، عام 1984، وعلى شهادة الدكتوراه في الفلك من جامعة درم، بريطانيا، عام 1998. نشأ لؤي فتوحي في عائلة مسيحية ولكنه تحوَّلَ إلى الإسلام في بداية العشرينيات من عمره. وهو أحد خلفاء الطريقة الكَسْنَزانيّة. إضافة إلى كونه الإسلام أسلوب حياته، فإنه موضوع اهتمام فكري وبحثي عميق له. فهو مهتم بالدراسات القرآنية والإسلامية عموماً، ولكن مجالات بحثه المتخصص هي كما يلي - الدراسة المقارنة للتاريخ في القرآن، والكتب المقدسة اليهودية والنصرانية، والمصادر التاريخية المستقلة - التصوّف - تاريخ النص والوحي القرآني - تفسير القرآن

Louay Fatoohi was born in Baghdad, Iraq, in 1961. He and his wife migrated to the UK in 1992. He lives in Birmingham, England. He obtained a BSc in physics from Baghdad University, Iraq, in 1984 and a PhD in astronomy from Durham University, UK, in 1998. Originally from a Christian family, Louay reverted to Islam in his early twenties. He is one of the caliphs (representatives) of Tariqa Kasnazaniyya. In addition to being his faith of choice and way of life, Islam is for him is a subject of deep intellectual interest. He is interested in Qur'anic and Islamic studies in general, but his main areas of research are as follows: - Comparative study of history in the Qur'an, Jewish and Christian scriptures, and independent historical sources - Sufism - History of the Qur'anic text and revelation - Quranic Exegesis
