    It's not the kind of romance I would normally read, but I'm really glad I took a chance on it. The story was captivating and the characters relatable. I highly recommend it.

    This the first m/m book I’ve read and I’m glad I did. The authors attention to details is outstanding and even though I couldn’t relate to either of the main characters I was excited to be sharing their journey.

    What a captivating romantic tale with a lovely balance between the hot and the emotional! The author conjures up scenes so vividly and makes use of all the senses when doing so, you are completely immersed in the story. The spark between Ben and Reid is there from the off, even though they make the most unlikely pair, and I love the dark backstory. In fact, I'd love to have seen more of this. There are also the intriguing secondary characters (like Gwen, Dylan, Christopher...not to mention Blue and Pink!!) that occupy just enough of the book to leave you wanting to see more from them - I'm hoping the author is considering a few spin-off novellas or novels for this!

    All in all, a cracking read that left me feeling all loved-up and looking forward to more from this author!
