Code Name: Tiara (Jameson Force Security Book 8) Kindle Edition

4.5 out of 5 stars 716 ratings

I joined Jameson Force Security for three reasons: the missions, the danger, and the money. I definitely didn’t join the team to be an overpriced babysitter for a spoiled princess. Ask anyone who knows me, and they’ll tell you Jackson Gale is an adventurer through and through. Yet here I am, halfway across the world, watching over Princess Camille of the House Winterbourne. Even her name sounds stuck up.

After arriving in Bretaria, I realize that Princess Camille is nothing that I expected. Beautiful, smart, and sophisticated, Camille is the very picture of elegance and grace. But under her perfect façade, she is funny, adventurous, sexy as hell, and impossible to resist. And
that is a dangerous combination.

The closer Camille and I become, the more obvious it is that while she and I are compatible in many ways, our destinies are not. She has a duty to the monarchy, and I’m just an average American who’s fallen for a princess. Everyone says we can’t be together, but how does one walk away from the other half of their heart?

Such a great love story!
4 out of 5 stars
Such a great love story!
Code Name: Tiara by Sawyer Bennett is the story of Jameson Security Force agent Jackson Gale, a former Navy SEAL who is not excited to be assigned to "babysit" Princess Camille Winterbourne. It is very clear from almost the moment Jackson meets Camille she is not what he expected nor is this mission. Camille is such a wonderful character .....a rare combination of smarts, vulnerability, and independence... all while trying to get Jackson to see her attraction to him! This so not spoiled Princess and Jackson think giving into the attraction and setting an expiration date will keep emotions out of it... well I get since this is a romance novel you can guess how that goes.. I will not share the how this agent and Princess make love work but I will say I enjoyed every moment of this book! I adored that Bennett gave backstory to the country Princess Camille was from and I adored that use of both the Royal family and the Gale family! I truly hope we get to visit these two and this Royal Clan again... maybe just maybe Bennett has a story to tell about Princess Camille's best friend, Marius <insert pretty please> Though romantic suspense is not usually "my jam" I adore the Jameson Force Security series as Bennett ensures the romance is front and center and as is her style makes it clear the attraction the couple has for each other runs deeper than the circumstances. I am so excited for Code Name: Disavowed as the blurb reads like a second chance romance... a sub-genre this author has rocked in the past!

The Jameson Force Security series has been one that I have enjoyed from the outset. I can say without a doubt that Code Name: Tiara has jumped to the top of the list in terms of my favorite books from this series.

When Jackson Gale learns that his next assignment revolves around the personal protection of a Princess from a small island near Australia, he's less than thrilled. The former Navy SEAL is always up for the adrenaline from a mission and he has a feeling this is going to be anything but that. He's expecting a spoiled, entitled, fussy woman and let me tell you, color him surprised when he actually meets and gets to know her!

Camille Winterbourne, who is the Princess of Bretaria and next in line to the throne, is not thrilled that she is going to have new security when she takes her long awaited trip to the United States. She can't understand why her father's typical head of security is not accompanying her and she knows something is up, but she also knows she's being kept in the dark. She's not at all looking forward to spending time with the new bodyguard.

As Camille and Jackson get to know one another, it's immediately apparent that neither are what the other thought they would be. Camille is about as low maintenance as one can be and still be a Princess and has the biggest heart. Jackson is very competent at his job and he's very conscious of the decisions he's making given how his father judges his decisions to leave the military and work in the private sector. When the attraction gets to be too great and these two give in, is it going to lead to heartbreak or to something more long-term?

There was just something about this book that drew me in from the very beginning. I loved how well matched Camille and Jackson were and I loved that both of them were willing to stand up for what they wanted, regardless the situation. I'd highly recommend this one, and this entire series. I can't wait to read the next member of the team's book!

Bennett did it again, there's excitement, romance, chemistry, some surprises and lots of hot moments to keep you warm on a cool fall night. I loved that Jackson had this pre-conceived notion about what Camille was going to be like... only to have them shattered the very first time he met her. Camille is a princess, but she's not stuck-up or difficult like Jackson thought she'd be. She's down to earth, loves her country, and wishes she could spend some more time just being <i>her</i> not a princess who should marry to keep the royal line going.

There's a plot to get rid of the royal family, and Jackson's job is to keep Camille safe - it quickly becomes more than a job, though, and I was so there for it! The writing grabbed me from the start, and the characters kept me clicking through my kindle to know what was going to happen next. The hot scenes were scorching, and the relationship between Camille and Jackson grew as they got to know each other better.

If you're looking for a hot story, with action and a thick plot, you should pick this one up! It's not necessary to have read the prior books in the series either, so you can even start with this one!

Jackson loves his job at Jameson Force, but babysitting a spoiled princess does not rank very high on his to-do list and he cannot believe Kynan is forcing him to take this job. Aside from his preconceived notions about Camille, his career Navy father disagrees with Jackson's choice to leave the SEALs in favor of the private sector and takes every opportunity to remind him of that so he knows this assignment will do nothing to change his father's mind about his son's life choices.

Once they meet, Jackson quickly discovers that Camille is nothing like the picture he formed in his mind. Yes, she lives a life where she wants for no material item thanks to the affluence of her family, but she is definitely not spoiled and there is not a teacup pooch in sight. As they get to know each other, he realizes she has actually been a bit sheltered from the realities of the world and she is rocked by some of the things he just accepts as part of life.

Several weeks of forced proximity leads them both to discover they are each everything the other never knew they needed or wanted. No strings attached goes by the wayside as hearts become involved, but at the end of the day she is a princess and he is an American commoner so a future seems far from possible. And then there's that threat of a secret dungeon with a guillotine that the king's head of security likes to dangle out there when he finds out about their relationship that may or may not be true...

I love it when a cover model matches the description of a character, and this is one of those times where he is Jackson to me.... AH, THOSE EYES! This story does not skimp on the feels or the steam factor, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. As always, Kynan has a way with words when cutting to the heart of the matter with Jackson that had me giggling too. All in all, Tiara is another great addition to the Jameson Security world and I can't wait to see what comes next!
