But Lori and Cole arrive home to multiple distraction and threats resulting not only from their previous case, but from Coles’ past, that begins to create, some new dynamics to their relationship.
    Full of Passionate, Sexy, Intimate scenes that will melt more than your heart... this sexy couple and their scorching chemistry jump off the page and into your heart. Their hunger for each other is intense, and desperate and their need is to always do it together.
    But the secondary characters also bring drama and intrigue as Ashley, Coles’ receptionist is dealing with her past, and her ex-fiancé once again. Cat and Reese are in the middle of the threats as they try to help Lori and Cole. And we are introduced to a new intriguing player Alexander Montgomery. Can’t wait to learn more about him.
    As always Lisa Renee Jones creates such dynamic and intriguing characters, as well as a storyline that keeps her readers on the edge of their seats. I am anxiously awaiting for the next book, and the next adventure.

    Cole and Lori's story continues as they honeymoon in Paris, but happenings at home are threatening their little bubble already as loose ends from the first part of their journey are rearing their ugly heads. It is Cole's turn to face his demons, and he shifts into hyper-overprotective mode much to Lori's frustration. His preferred method of dealing with feeling out of control usually leads to her naked- a LOT- and with very little talking which can be both good and bad. In order to pull his big head back into the game she has to help him face his fears this time just like he did for her.

    A few new faces who will be featured in the Dirty Rich world are introduced and we see plenty of familiar faces too. Dirty Rich Cinderella Story must be read first, but these two books together can be read as a standalone story arc in the DR world. There is plenty of sexy time in this story, and I can't believe I am writing this, but it almost became too much to the point where I started flipping past some of the scenes toward the end. All in all though, I did enjoy getting to know Cole and Lori.

    What can I say. I love Cole and Lori together. This picks up from where it ended in the first Cinderella story. Cole and Lori are on their honeymoon in Paris. They are definitely Ying and Yang. They are a hot couple. Made you believe that dreams do sometimes come true even if they started with a one night stand. They come home and of course trouble awaits them. They had this sensational courtroom victory before they left for their honeymoon. Lori did the closing on Cole's case. Their defendant was accused of murders he did not commit and the DA did not pursue anyone else. Their are so many things that test their marriage but they do not break and neither do they bend. Wouldn't mind to read another story with them to see if they have children.

    If you were expecting this story to read like an epilogue to their love story as Cole and Lori enjoy their honeymoon in Paris think again. After some sensual times in Paris the newlyweds return home to begin their life together and that is when the fun begins.

    The aftermath of Lori winning the last trial has put her in danger and brought out Cole’s alpha protector and the way he handles any objects from Lori is with some fun time between the sheets. If Cole doesn’t have enough on his plate what is going on with his assistant Ashley?

    Full of steam and suspense it was great to catch up with not only Cole and Lori but the rest of Walker Security as well.

    I loved Lisa Renee started with Cole & Lori story. I love this couple, however I was not expecting the twist of this story, so much packed into this book. One page turner after another. As soon as they left Paris they were hit with one dilemma after another. Cole's past hit them and crippled the couple but as determined and stubborn as Lori is she support her dominated husband and rescued him through all the growing pains as a newlyweds. Their love for each other and the fact they found each other Made them perfect together.

    However, I did not like how it ended so many unfinished questions unanswered. The DA, Ashley, Partnership in Houston & the new case, Lori mom's big news. So lets hope Lori & Cole gets another story to finish their story. Even after all that the book was still awesome. Can't wait for Reese and Cat story.

    Infused with lots of romance, passion and suspense, Cole and Lori’s “Ever After” is a journey well worth traveling. And for those of you who have already read Reid and Carrie’s story (“Dirty Rich Obsession”), you’ll both recognize and enjoy the story overlap between these two books.
