DL Gallie writes spicy romance with elements of comedy and suspense. She currently lives in Central Queensland, Australia, her husband and two kids but has lived in many different places around the world and within Australis. She and her husband have been together since she was sixteen, and although they drive each other crazy at times, she couldn’t imagine her life without him.

Shortly after her son was born, DL began reading again. With encouragement from her husband, she picked up the pen and started writing, and now the voices in her head won’t shut up.

DL enjoys listening to music, drinking white wine in the summer, red wine in the winter, and beer all year round. She’s also never been known to turn down a cocktail, especially a margarita.

    You never forget your first love or your first heartbreak and Griffin Steel walks away from Autumn White for the armed forces she believes she would never recover, but as with time life goes on.
    20 years later and after a long time receiving his discharge to come home to Hometown after the death of his mother. What he wasn't expecting to see the one wowan he left behind and it seems that her life went on a young son and her own life. A sweet second chance romance filled with plenty of emotions around Autumn and her life and how after all of her heartbreak and struggles can the new Dr in town can heal her heart and love her son.

    Doc Steel was a sweet romance about second chances, first loves and forever. Griffin made a decision for his future however that decision cost him dearly but years later he will not make the same mistake twice. Autumn is consumed by the memories of her past with Griffin, however can she get past the hurt and anger that she still feels when he walked away. As these two decide to take a chance with their hearts again, Autumn's past will come back to haunt her. An action packed, steamy romance that will have you on the edge of your seat and falling in love.

    Griffin and Autumn's Love story was a special type of story.

    Griffin and Autumn were lovers when were younger and Griffin joined to be a doc in the Navy and Autumn just couldnt handle that and when he got deployed she just left and didnt try and stay together.

    Griffin served in the Navy for over 20 untill his mum died and he came home to help his dad.

    The time Griffin was gone Autumn ended up getting me a man who was nice at the start and by the end turned out very cruel and she had to get out but before she left she fell pregnant and finally got away once he beat her up for the last time.

    Griffin ran into Ollie on the street to have found Autumn standing there calling for her son.

    Griffins love for Autumn never went and we proved that to her when she finally let him in again.

    DL Gallie has done it again. Such a great story LOVED IT!!!!

    This is a second chance romance. Autumn and Griffin run into each other 20 years after they broke up. You could feel their instant chemistry through the pages of the book. This was a very enjoyable quick read.
    The family dynamic and the background stories for each character was very well written. I felt like they got together very quickly. Where other parts of the book dragged. In all I thought this was a very good book.

    Autumn and Griffin were high school sweethearts and that all changed when Griffin decided to enlist in the Navy without talking to Autumn first. When Griffin leaves Autumn her heart breaks and her life will never be the same again. As single mom to her son Oliver and she isn't looking for a relationship any time soon but that all changes when Griffin returns to town. Can Griffin and Autumn put there past behind them? Can Autumn trust Griffin not to break her heart again? This book was filled with drama, twists and turns and a great second chance at love. Loved reading this book.

    This was a very quick read. Autumn is raising her 7yr old son alone (and there is a story behind that).
    Doc and Autumn where childhood sweethearts, however, Doc left her behind and joined the navy 20yrs later he strolls back into town and claims the love of his life.(once again, a story there).
    Overall a cute, sexy read.
