- Reviewed in the United States on February 19, 2024I loved this book. It helped me to identify so many things that I, previously, was not fully aware of. I've always known that I was "in tune" to myself and others on a very subconscious and deep level. But, I did not know what to do with all of these feelings and emotions. Thank you.

- Reviewed in the United States on March 10, 2024This is terrific. As soon as I get through it I’m lending to a very good friend. Hoping I can afford soon to buy him his own copy. If you struggle with your emotions to the point days can be difficult to get through while people who don’t seem to care one bit about how their actions can effect others & keep hurting people & cruise through life then I highly recommend. Haven’t gotten to the part that helps me not allow myself to be effected as much by others cold, heartless, mean actions. Looking forward to it though.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2023I sat down and read this book and saw myself through the lens of the author. It was interesting and informative. There are some valuable life lessons in this book. You don't even have to be an empath to read the book. I highly recommend this book to help heal those emotions that the empath often struggles to overcome.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 18, 2023I recently realized I needed help to protect myself as a empath this book has been so amazingly helpful .
- Reviewed in the United States on October 22, 2021I have been feeling differently about myself for a while now and couldn't figure out why I feel so different from everyone else. Then I came across this book and as I was reading it. Everything made so much sense to me now. This book taught me that I'm an empath. After reading this book I have more patience and am happier cause everything just makes sense to me now. Stead of asking myself why. If you question yourself of being an empath, then you need to read this book. It will answer your questions.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2025The book is a bit of a heavy read. But verry worth it. It will give you the keys for a better understending of yourself or someone you know, "to read the room" kind of within yourself and how to handle being overstimulated.
I will recomand this for everyone to read and believe schools should have this as a part of the pensume.

5.0 out of 5 stars A must read which will leave you empowered
This book is not only useful to understand a person's empathic nature it is also a great book on how to look after your own wellbeing. The author is a thoughtful writer and has lots of encouraging words of wisdom for his reader. I would also recommend this book for many people who are on the autistic spectrum. Although many people view people with ASD to have no empathy I actually believe the opposite to be true it's just they may struggle with expressing their feelings towards others or express their feelings in a different way. Therefore I would recommend this book to the autism community as the author has some great tips and advice on dealing with the social interactions we have in our everyday lives aswell as dealing with anxiety and mental health. A must read which will leave you empowered.

All truly sensitive people must keep this one handy. This understands you and helps you understand yourself.
Maybe the end about helping people sounds like a push and not entirely necessary but do give this one a read !
