The first book in this reverse harem paranormal romance serial easily draws readers in with strong, vibrant characters and an intriguing concept. The romance is sweet but definitely hot and stirring while promising to get even hotter as the story continues but the relationship is has a couple of obstacles that stands in its way…like finding out the man you are dating is not human and he wants her to mate with not only him but two others. There is lots of emotional upheaval in this story not only from the romance but also from vulnerabilities and El’s family issues that has readers wanting to grab her and give a great big hug even while they are wishing they could have those hot sexy lions for their very own. The suspense builds throughout the story as El struggles to accept everything but there is also quite a bit of excitement in the story as several twists spice things up even more. There is also some adrenaline pumping action as El is targeted for kidnapping and her men try to discover who is behind it and why. The author has created a fascinating and sexy new world that easily catches the readers interest and holds them captive throughout although since it is a serial romance the story does end on a major cliffhanger. While this story is has some red hot passionate scenes, it’s not all about the intimate scenes as it has a fast paced plot full of suspense and easily keeps readers turning the pages until they have read every last word.

    This is definitely a way different take on the shifter world but definitely an amazing read. I will say some parts of the story are very hard to follow but over all I do love this series.

    Wow, what an intriguing read. El is an extremely wealthy heiress who is treated poorly by her family. She's survived several kidnapping attempts. She goes on a dating site and meets Ryan. He is an alpha lion and as he is bringing her back to his compound, there is another attempt on her life. Once at the compound, Ell learns she is not only Ryan's mate, but also the mate for his Triad. It is a learning curve for her and other surprises and revelations are in store for her and her mates. The story leaves you hanging at the end which makes me think there has to be another book coming. If not, I will really be pissed. It is definitely worth reading.

    Love this author and her Bear MC series, but this new book of hers is my no.1 top favourite of all. When your so into the book finding out more about where El really comes from, it ends on a cliff hanger, and boy oh boy what a cliff hanger. So cant wait for the next book.

    I regret buying. I hope other stories are as great as this one. Although, I hope this is Not how this author normally ends works. I abhor cliffhangers such as this. I understand cliffhangers are used to connect books. However, there’s not usually this horrible dangling without a hint of a follow-on book. The way this ended has left me feeling dissatisfied and unfulfilled.
