Lana has written several books in anthologies. Her most recent writes are novellas in a series called Mystery of the Alien Blood. This is an exciting evil government thriller series starring bad boy vampire, Raul Claybourne and Dr. Alexa Faberman, a human who saves Raul's life in her ER. When she discovers his blood isn't human blood, she soon learns vampires aren't a myth.

Raul has been running from an evil government agency called the SFVO for nearly a decade. Agents catch up with him one night in a high speed motorcycle chase, and Raul is shot, which brings him into Alexa's orbit. Soon the agents find him in Alexa's hospital in Fayetteville Arkansas. The agents have Raul's sister confined in a Nevada compound. Raul will do anything to save his sister, so he goes with the agents to Nevada. For good measure, the agents kidnap Alexa too, figuring Raul has told her about the secret agency they work for.

In this ongoing series there are six books starring Raul and Alexa. Together, along with Raul's sister and her life mate, they seek to make a life for themselves beyond the evil tentacles of the SFVO. There is never a moment to breathe in any of these fast paced thrillers. Book one will hook you, so you'd better be ready for the next five!
