Prancing of a Papillon: A MM Mystery Romance—with Dog Show (Fuzzy Love Book 2) Kindle Edition

4.6 out of 5 stars 199 ratings

Pretending to be dangerous—is.

At six-five and packed with muscle, Jericho looks like an alpha top when he’s actually a gentle bottom who teaches first grade and lives with his hypochondriac mother.

Just try to find a boyfriend in that position.

To get away from his disappointing social life, Jericho agrees to become the dog show handler for his friends’ champion Papillon, Batshit.
And that’s where he meets wealthy dog owner, Brees, who makes Jericho want to be a more macho man
Brees is being followed by scary persons unknown, so Jericho steps up to flex his muscles and exert his imaginary courage.
But pretend gets way out of control, and suddenly the only thing between Brees and possible death is a smart dog with big ears and gentle wimp, Jericho Jones.

PRANCING OF A PAPILLON is a pretending to be macho, near death at a dog show, the billionaire and the kindergarten teacher, who knew dog shows could be so dangerous, suspenseful, laugh-out-loud funny, sex in a stairwell, MM romance—with Papillon.

Batshit's back and better than ever!

Batshit's back and better than ever!
I was so happy ro get a long awaited ARC of this sequel to Passions Of A Papillon (Fuzzy Love #1) I just couldn't put it down! Batshit steals the show, and the trophy! As with book 1, this one is a light, funny read with a HEA. Tara create's characters that will have you either loving them (Jericho & Brees),or wanting to smack them upside the head! (Malcolm and some parents!) Good thing Batshit is a people barometer, good at indicating who's good or bad! If you love books with engaging, irrepressible fur babies, misunderstandings galore, a bit of whodunit, klutzy characters, and a MM HEA, with lots of laughs, then this is the book for you! While this book CAN be read as a standalone, you enjoy it more if you read book 1 in the series first. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083D7HF6W/

This is such a fun series and this story is full of great characters and suspense. It is great to see Jericho come out of his shell. And for Brees to find a loving partner and "found family".

Oh my this one is exceptionally cute with some tense moments also. Meeting Jericho and Brees and I can't forget Batshit who could actually be the star of this story was just such fun and a joy.

This is a fun read, the story is cute and warm with some intrigue and mystery. It has interesting new characters as well as Finn and Em from the first book. (So reading the first book is highly recommended) There are meddling parents, bad guys, new friends, and of course, Batshit.

This is Jericho's story. He's a gentle giant, so not what first impressions of him would lead you to believe. Living with his mom and teaching first grade, he lacks a bit of self-confidence. To help him out, Finn and Em ask him to show Batshit in dog shows, since they've been asked to put her back into the circuit. While learning how to show a dog, Jericho meets Brees, who is everything Jericho wants. And somehow, he seems interested in Jericho too. What follows are the meddling parents, father for Brees and mom, for Jericho. Then come the bad guys. With Batshit coming to the rescue.

Can't wait to see where Batshit's next adventure takes her.

Batshit is back! We knew that Bat was a champion (Passions of a Papillon) and now Finn and Em are getting requests to show her again. They get their gentle giant of a friend, first grade teacher Jericho Jones, to agree to be her handler.
I love that the author shows us that you can’t judge a book by its cover. Jericho is a hunky 6’5” and most decidedly not a top everyone expects him to be. He is looking for someone who gets that. But after another really bad blind date he has about given up on love. But Bat and karma are about to help him out. This book is sweet and wonderfully entertaining.

This was a cute, totally fluffy, with no basis in reality novel. It had some annoying proofreading issues, but if you don’t mind those, this is a sweet story with a little action for spice.

This was sort of a ‘she wrote it - I’ll try it’ series - I wasn’t really that keen on it but I am SO glad I stuck it out. Seriously - this was a thoroughly enjoyable two book series - loved the characters!

A great story, both sweet and exciting. Batshit is a dog I wish I knew in real life, because she is amazing, smart and funny. The MC's are also great, and the story is well written.

Not great literature, maybe - but it made me smile and feel a lot of FOND, which is kind of nice, you know? Jericho is a real sweetheart in every way and fully deserves his HEA.

WOW! I loved how Brees and Jericho' s unconventional love story has everything to become another favorite of mine: funny and witty situations, a little mix of action and danger, wonderful characters, and of course Batshit's triumphant return, along with more Papillon dogs. Even if this book can be read as standalone, I recommend that you read first book 1...Batshit Is the Best!! Loved It!
