You may not have ever heard of Jen Lassalle Edwards. It's likely you haven't. In the sea of Indie Authors and literally thousands of books to read, it's hard to stand out. As an avid reader and blogger I love to find fantastic reads. This book, is a fantastic read! Do not pass it by. Stop right now and one-click! You will not regret it!
I absolutely love this storyline. I can totally relate to so many part of Luella and her life. She is such a complex character she just absolutely comes to life on these pages. I felt what she felt. The disappointment, the sadness, the fear. She struggles with feeling out of place no matter where she is. All of that with a little help from so many people along the way that pushed that stigma on her.
It's not until she meets Fletcher that she begins to see the beauty that lies on the surface and within. He leads the way in helping her find happiness and face the demons that have taunted her far too long.
But is he all he's appears to be? Maybe too good to be true?
Of course a good series has a bit of a cliffhanger. I've actually come to have a somewhat unhealthy love of a good 'cliffie'. I want to finish a book now and then wanting more! I guarantee you that you will want more. It's just the right amount of twist- you feel it in your gut- that takes your breath away.
Can't wait for the next installment! The Surrender of Luella was by far a 5 Star read for me!
