Lucky Kisses (3:AM Kisses Book 12) Kindle Edition
From NEW YORK TIMES, USA TODAY, & WALL STREET JOURNAL bestselling author, Addison Moore!
Cosmopolitan Magazine calls Addison's books, "...easy, frothy fun!"
Lawson Kent is a jerk of the highest order. Sure he’s got the face of a god and the body of a prisoner dedicated to pumping iron, but every time he’s in my way my blood boils.
His obnoxious mug seems impossible to escape. So when we’re paired together to work on the community interaction project, we call a truce. In fact, the more I hang out with Lawson, the more it seems he really gets me. Not too many people do.
Lucky Madden is a mouthy piece of work. Yes, she’s gorgeous to a fault and that’s precisely why her overprotective, tatted up brother, Jet, pays me the big bucks to make sure none of the idiots at Whitney Briggs University land her horizontal. Only, too bad for me, Lucky Madden is the last person I want to hover over every free chance I get. Then one night, she cuts the mouthy routine and does something far more productive with those lips, she kisses me. Now I can’t get Lucky Madden out of my mind. I’m addicted in every single way, and soon enough, the only person her brother will want to rip to pieces is me.
*STANDALONE ROMANCE* All 3:AM Kisses Books are standalone novels*

- Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2016Lucky has and a lot of loss in her life. She was a loaner and put up a front for everyone. She was told at a early age that she had a twin that died at birth and she had to keep it a secret from her siblings and everyone else.she felt cursed that everyone in her life died around her. She believes her older brother isn't dead because her was to stubborn to die. She put on this front to keep everyone T a safe distance to protect them.
Lawson liked the banter him and lucky had back and forth. He was shocked when her brother approached him with money to keep the boys away from her. He was more then okay with that because he wanted her for himself. He was falling for Lucky and there was just no fighting it. At times he was obnoxious and took the banter with Lucky to far.
Both of these two have dealt with death, rejection, and protecting themselves from others. Their innuendos lead them closer and added to their growing chemistry. Their is no good story with out bumps and trials along the way. Addison Moores kisses series really pulls you in and you get a real feel for the characters and what they go through. It's stuff people go through and you can relate to. Each book gets better and better and each couple becomes my favorite.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 28, 2020This novel had a lot of good moments, a lot of sweet moments, and a lot of amazing moments that just brought a warm smile to my face; however, there were the times were it would lull and I would think about placing it down in favor of another, but in the end I'm glad I stuck it out and finished it.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 30, 2021I couldn't stop put this book down once I started reading it. Lucky had a rough childhood and felt like she would never get out of her brother's eyesight. Lawson doesn't believe in love after his mom up and left him and his siblings. The moment Lucky and Lawson meet sparks begin to fly, but they don't want anything to do with each other. As time goes on Lucky and Lawson begin to form a type of friendship until one day things go further. After that day Lucky feels like Lawson doesn't care about her and runs. Is Lawson truly in love with Lucky like she is with him?
- Reviewed in the United States on July 31, 2018I really like this series. The plots are fairly similar: Girl with overprotective brother goes to college where brother is well loved, all boys are earned to leave girl alone, boy tries to stay away from girl but they are meant to be, chaos ensues. The characters are fun, the dialogue is usually snarky and quick, and the stories are quick reads. There is usually some kind of drama from the past that gets stirred up but it’s resolved in one book.
Although I liked this one, there were some side stories that felt unnecessary and unfinished.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 25, 2018When you are an adolescent and you are attracted to someone all you know how to show it is to pick on them. I guess it's still the attitude when you are older as well, you use this as your I don't want to be hurt, so you protect your heart the only way you can. Works for a while, then Lucky and Lawson had to fess up. A good read, lots of ups and lowes.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2016This is Lucky and Lawson's story. Lucky is the younger sister and only family of Jet (whom we met in an earlier novel of the series). Jet has been both parent and brother for Lucky, loves her deeply and is VERY protective. He never attended college, but has a very successful tattoo shop. When Lucky starts college Jet knows that he can't keep an eye on her all the time to keep her safe (especially at frat parties) so he enters into a business arrangement with Lawson, an older (than Lucky) college student/frat boy to keep the man-whores away from her. He thinks Lawson is "safe" because he witnesses the first meeting between Lucky and Lawson, which is sarcastic and off-putting for them both. The problem is, all that is just on the surface. The two of them are really fighting an underlying chemistry. Both Lucky and Lawson have some sadness in their pasts that provides some angst. The story also has some laugh-out-loud moments that are really funny. This is a good young adult romance.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 27, 2016I have read all the 3:AM Kisses series and love them all. Some made me cry, laugh and all happy at the end. Lucky is such a spitfire and Lawson is just the guy to get her to open up her heart. Such a great couple. I couldn't put it down read it all in one sitting. Just keep them coming. Can't wait for the next book.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 5, 2021This is another great read from Addison. The more I read this 3 AM series the more I love. This one with make you laugh out loud and cry a few tears. Totally a great read.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great series
Another great book I couldn't put down.
The author comes up with fresh story lines while including the old characters.
Each book can be read as a stand alone.

5.0 out of 5 stars Anothe 5 stars
Only my second book thus far by this author and I can tell you that I'm already itching for more! The characters are passionate and quirky and there's some real life drama and some not so real life drama that allows you to sink into the book, relate to the characters and feel as though you know them! Lucky and Lawson are both stubborn and scared but also hide this sweet side behind their snarky banter. 5/5 stars for this book!

Loved this story so much and the characters, especially Lucky and Lawson. Plenty of laughs as well as the romance. Definitely worth a read.

4.0 out of 5 stars Lucky
I've seen this book so many times I have no Idea why I haven't given it ago.
I'm glad I did love the characters they are believable and strong.
Loved the banter between them.
I do feel sometimes it would loose me describing or what their thinking in their head each time something was said. Also near the end felt like it would just because some romances are very cliche.
Apart from that it's a great read and worth it.

3.0 out of 5 stars Great female character, if a little predictable at times
I loved the female character! So spunky and amusing.
The love story is a little predictable - boy is paid by over protective brother to look out for younger sister at Uni, and basically keep boys away from her. Only that means he is the only man around her, and he starts to like her... a lot. So its a bit of forbidden love, which has lots and lots of bumps in the road because they actually start of hating each other. And of course, the older brother is a tat-covered meany - someone you dont cross.
