Great Audio
I really enjoyed this book! The spice was off the charts and I liked the relationship between the MCs. Normally I’m not a big fan of friends to lovers but this one was great!

Limitless is book #2 in this Less Than Zero series. Entertaining rockstar romance!
Alex & Jace’s love story was years in the making as their lives never really synced up. So much individual growth, drama and angsty moments throughout the book. I loved their intimate moments as well. You do get another little peek into Ty & Zoey’s troubles from Alex & Jace’s POV since their relationship started around the same time. Overall it was another well written story.
CJ Bloom and Alexander Cendese, who is a new narrator for me, both did a great job narrating this book.

Although you can read/listen to this one as a standalone, I do recommend reading this series in order as there are a lot of mentions in this book that are more enjoyable having read the previous books. I've thoroughly enjoyed this series so far, but this is the best book yet. I am listening to this series on audio, and it adds a layer of emotion that I feel really shoots this series up in ratings. Jace and Alex's relationship feels destined and at the same time, it feels like if they end up as just friends, they would be ok. To me, this speaks volumes as to how well written and well developed these characters are. They truly care for each other and for their friends and because of that, there is a lot of back and forth during this years long story which adds to the angst and emotion and brings a lot of depth to their relationship.
The narration was top notch as always. Alexander Cendese has the perfect "rock-star" rasp and really brings Jace's character to life. CJ Bloom is amazing as well and the feelings she portrays as Alex capture her personality perfectly. As an added bonus, at the end of both books, we get to hear an original song from Less Than Zero which is so much fun after reading about the band.
