About the author

Sundari Venkatraman is an Indie Author who has 68 books to her credit. These books have consistently featured in the Top 100 Bestseller Lists on Amazon India, Amazon USA, Amazon UK, Amazon Canada and Amazon Australia in both romance as well as Asian Drama categories. Her latest hot romances have all been on #1 Bestseller slot in Amazon India for over a month.
These days, the author is independently publishing her novels in paperback format under her banner Flaming Sun, printed and distributed by Notion Press.
Even as a child, Sundari absolutely loved the ‘lived happily ever after’ syndrome and she grew up on a steady diet of fairy tales, Phantom comics and Mandrake comics. It was always about good triumphing over evil and a happy ending after the protagonists surmounted all unexpected obstacles.
Once she entered her teens, Sundari switched her loyalties from fairy tales to Mills & Boon. While she loved reading both of these, she kept visualising what would have happened if there were similar situations happening in India; to local heroes and heroines. And of course, the joy of vanquishing the ubiquitous evil villains! Her imagination soared and she happily ensconced herself in a rosy romantic cocoon for many years.
Then came the writing—a true bolt from the blue! And Sundari Venkatraman has never looked back.

- Reviewed in the United States on February 6, 2020Format: KindleVerified PurchaseA story which catches you from the start because of its sheer beauty. Traveling across dimensions Naavya and Sanat Kumar find love. But life separates them and she has lost her memory. The journey of finding her back home is beautifully woven by Ms. Venkatraman. I loved the setting and the concept of dimensions. Learned a lot about this. The utopian story of everyone being happy, of forgiveness and moving is perhaps the need of the hour in reality.

4.0 out of 5 stars Colourfully romantic!
Format: KindleVerified Purchase"Love in Agartha" is a captivating blend of fantasy, romance, and science fiction set in modern times. It takes readers on a remarkable journey into their inner realms, offering an experience that goes beyond the boundaries of romance and fantasy genres.
At its core, the story of Naavya Batra and Sanat Kumara represents the universal tale of love, hatred, ego, and self-realisation. It delves into the profound process of discovering one's true self. While all individuals are born and raised in the third dimension, Earth, they inevitably traverse through the fourth dimension, known as Narak, and the fifth dimension, Agartha, at some point in their lives. People often succumb to frustration, anger, and ego-driven tendencies in the fourth dimension. However, Agartha's fifth dimension becomes a realm where love illuminates, and acceptance reigns supreme. It is where individuals embrace their positive qualities and perform actions that reflect their core values. Agartha embodies love, peace, compassion, and harmony—a sanctuary where souls find ultimate bliss.
Author Sundari Venkataraman skillfully breaks away from linear storytelling by weaving multiple timelines throughout the narrative, adding an element of intrigue and mystery even within the romance genre. The fantasy world of Agartha, meticulously crafted by the author, is enchanting. As an avid reader, I have encountered various fantasy books and novellas. Still, this story cause it uniquely depicts a world brimming with abundance, happiness, and harmonious coexistence with nature. Agartha represents a realm untouched by burdens and complexities, offering a much-needed simplicity in our present time. This is 6th book from her, and I loved reading this.
This book is engaging and breezy, perfect for those who enjoy Indie romances. Having a friendship with the author and her vibrant personality through social media, I can confidently say that her spirit shines through her writing. The male protagonist in the story reminds me of the strong-willed characters found in Mills & Boons novels.
Don't miss the opportunity to immerse yourself in this simple yet charming, colourful fantasy romance. It is a delightful book that will leave you captivated.

4.0 out of 5 stars liked it
Format: KindleVerified PurchaseJust finished reading this book Love in Agartha by Sundari Venkatraman in this story Human Naavya falls for the realm Prince Sanat Kumara with phenomenal mind powers.Caught between both worlds their love Story blooms but a dark Lord Yaju from another realm Ankara is after them. This is a Fantasy Romance story. But the concepts and theories proposed are truly practical and believable. Each of the concept is repeatedly proved in various instances in the book. Duality or creating what you need for yourself.
I liked the way the concepts are introduced slowly and steadily. Same goes for the story flow. The research done and explanation given in the book is commendable. The language is simple and clear. No mombojambo and big words jargon thrown around. There's simplicity, warmth and beauty to Sundari Venkatraman's writing that shined through out the book. There was a lot to enjoy about this book, even for a urban romance fantasy the world building was rather impressive. You can't help but admire Agartha for it's beauty and magic. It had just the right blend of magical world, character development, story line, romance, love scenes, and intrigue to pull you in.
There wasn't much action in it apart from the 3rd part of the book and it ends on a deliriously happy note. But sometimes isn't that what you need!Happily Ever After. I read this in one go and closed the book with a smile It was a easy breezy smooth read for me.The plot surprisingly takes us into a parallel fantasy world, where the lead characters had a connection. . The language used is lucid. It's a well paced plot and world building is beautifully done. It was indeed a great book. Would like to recommend this book to everyone. Grab a copy for yourself soon and enjoy this book.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good!
Format: KindleVerified PurchaseA fictional fantasy book with some first-sight love and some steamy stuff is what this book is. It follows protagonists Naavya & Sanat Kumaar. It begins with the world building of the different dimensions and the Galactic Federation of the universe.
Then it dives into the life of Naavya who is expecting to be promoted to the team leader in her company. But Sanat Kumaar is chosen for the said job and this puts Naavya in the offensive. She feels cheated & betrayed to the extent of quitting. But Sanat convinces her to stay by saying that he is only temporarily with her company & would move on in a year's time.
Then come the twist in the story. Sanat is not an ordinary human being. He is an other dimension being, a prince of the utopian Agartha, beneath our core. Then into the story come Rithesh & Romesh who are cousins of Naavya. There is this whole arc of Naavya's childhood and then all three of them went to a vacation to Mumbai.
After this the book shifts to the evil overlord of Anarka, Lord Yaju. This guy is hellbent on world dominance and builds a nuclear warhead to announce his dominance over the surface world. But Sanat Kumaar is chosen by the Galactic Federation to end Lord Yaju's schemes as the nuclear detonation of the earth's core would destroy the planet itself.
This book is fairly okay. It has great writing, the world building was on point and justified form a fantasy POV. The characters are good individually but when come together they kinda wash out their character strength. Baring that this was a good effort by the author on her first attempt at this genre.
