Money, Masks & Madness Kindle Edition
Once upon a time there lived a fairy princess… but this isn’t her story.
This is the story of Tulip Garden, an urchin raised by unorthodox parents in a secluded cottage, completely off-grid and free from modern distractions. Naïve and guileless, resilient and fierce, twenty-two-year-old Tulip takes on the wilds of Montreal—until her innocence becomes threatened by latex monsters, Nigerian princes, and the perils of unemployment.
As she struggles to adapt to the intricacies of the modern world, Tulip’s past begins to surface, reminding her of her father’s mysterious disappearance fifteen years ago. Shadowed by a dark cloud of suspicion and intrigue, she enlists her roommate, Chaz, to help uncover the truth.
Preoccupied by a sketchy past and a precarious present, Tulip searches for balance. Email scams, social media blunders, inappropriate flirtations, and questions—oh, so many questions—leave Tulip untrusting but determined to survive with her heart and head intact.

- Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2015This is a wonderfully sweet story about a very unusual set of sisters with a very unusual past. After having been raised by hippie parents in the woods, they try to make their way in the big city, and slowly realize that the happy past wasn't always happy. It's also, in a way, a story of growing up, of standing up for yourself, of being who you are no matter what.
Thoroughly recommended.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 28, 2013I thoroughly enjoyed reading this third book by Jennifer Bogart! It truly merits the 5 stars I am giving it. All the time I was reading, and now that I have finished the book, I really wanted to meet Tulip Garden! I wanted her to know her worth and to assure her that she was the sane one, whether it was in her relationship with her mother, her garden of sisters, or at work. This is a book to be enjoyed on a sunny day, while sitting in your own garden, on vacation, and on a lovely rainy stay- inside afternoon. Bravo, Jennifer!
- Reviewed in the United States on April 14, 2013Drew me in and kept me on my toes almost from the beginning. Tulip is just naive enough to make you unsure if you should sympathize with her plights or try to shake some sense into her. Her interactions (for lack of a better word) with her sisters has me hoping there will be at least one sequel. Just the right amount of romance and suspense to keep you reading till the end to find out the history and future of Tulip.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another winner!
This was a great story of self-discovery told with humour and a little intrigue. I was hooked right at the beginning! I'd like to find out what happens to the characters next.
