    In Another Day in Paradise, Karen Telling and husband Nick, decide to pack up, leave the UK and move to Portugal in 2003. They had visited there in the 80's and 90's and decide to head through the Eurotunnel, drive their VW over to Portugal and make it their official home. They rent a few houses before finding the perfect place to buy as they pick up jobs to keep themselves both useful and busy. They have their lovable dogs and stray cats seem to appear at their doorsteps as they learn all things Portuguese. Through medical challenges and other small setbacks, they know that they have chosen the perfect paradise as British expats!
