    I was definitely a little disappointed with this book. I have so many thoughts that I’m not sure how to get them all out. This review may contain some spoilers. So read below knowing that. I’ll be careful and try not to give anything away.

    Here are my pros. I love Ella Franks books. She’s one of my favorites. The love story portion of this book was incredible. The HEA was even better. I found myself smiling like an idiot most of the time. I loved Sean and Xander’s characters. Both very hot and sexy. Although I would have loved the one scene where Sean did lose his control. I can imagine how hot it would have been. All in all a good book. I would have given it 5 stars until..........

    Ok now the cons.

    Let me take about a step back. I’m half tempted to go back and down grade Bailey’s book to two star now. Because my feelings towards Bailey have changed, thanks to this book. This book did not shine a good light on him. And the problem with that is this wasn’t even Bailey’s book, but somehow I felt it was more about Bailey than it should’ve been. He came across as a jealous brat. His character was horrible. AND AGAIN ITS NOT HIS BOOK. If I was Henri I’d be questioning a lot. I mean Henri is upset on Bailey’s behalf, like the Birthday dinner when Sean and Xander showed affection towards one another and Bailey ran off like a cheated on wife and Henri blamed Sean for what? Being insensitive? Whatever. I I think Henry needed to pull Bailey aside and say hey you’re not with him anymore you’re with me. But if you want to be with him then I’m out. I know Bailey tried to safe face in the end, for me it was to late and not heartfelt enough. I could appreciate his honesty to all other characters but it’s just my opinion you don’t act like that especially someone who supposed to be your best friend for decades.

    Then there’s the youngest brother Kieran, he has discussions with Bailey regarding Sean but never once does he contact his oldest brother himself to find out what’s going on or to even give his support. He only enters the book in one family dinner with his wise crakes. I would like to of had him in the book a little bit more showing support not the Opposite of Bailey‘s disappointment.

    Not my favorite book at all. A little disappointed. But I’m at still a fan so I’ll chalk it up to a just ok book for me. I’d prefer to give this book 3.5 stars not three and not four.

    I really enjoy anything Ella Frank writes! She has a way with telling stories that makes you feel connected to the characters and keeps them in your heart always.

    This series did not feel rushed. Sean had never been with a man before and as a character he was allowed to process that. There was no fake “let’s jump in bed now” type thing. Xander gave him time to process and when things felt right to Sean he made his move. Everything was sensual and connected fluidly. I wasn’t sure Ella could do better after The Temptation Series and then Confessions came out. When I thought she couldn’t do better than Confessions, Prime Time came out. She did a wonderful job with closing up stories for beloved side characters. You’re not left wanting for anything. This was a wonderful read and ending to another great series.

    Headlines is the third and final book in the Prime Time series. It shouldn't be read as a standalone. You need to read this series in the order the author intended. You'll miss to much of the back story and it is so worth it!

    Sean and Xander pick up where Breaking News (book two) leaves them. Bailey, Sean's brother and Xander's best friend found out about the relationship. Bailey isn't happy and feels betrayed. Sean and Xander want to do anything they can to get Bailey to understand how they got together and see that the feelings they have are real.

    Sean and Xander are finding balance within this new relationship. Xander is realizing Sean is everything he needs, He calms him in a way he never knew he needed. Sean's coming out wasn't has earth shattering as he thought it may be. He doesn't care what anyone else has to say as long as he has Xander by his side he'll be fine.

    I loved seeing the growth of these characters and their relationship. I know this book was highlighting Bailey and his "issues" with Sean and Xander but he just came off as jealous and super petty. It honestly annoyed me more than anything, but it didn't take away from Xander and Sean I am still five starring this one! Sean and Xander's happily ever after was everything I needed for this couple!!

    I can't wait to see what Frank has up her sleeve next!

    I feel like I've been waiting for this book forever! I started this series after a friend all but forced me to read Ella's Confessions series which ties in closely to this one and is also fabulous. This is the third book in the Prime Time Series, which follows Xander and Sean. I was anxious at the beginning of this book because of the way the previous book left things but I shouldn't have worried, Ella is amazing at wrapping up her books. I really liked the gentle reminders of characters from the previous series as well as the connections to key characters in this series, namely Bailey and Henri. Henri and Bailey both have their own books in the Confessions series and I highly recommend reading the whole series before this one. The additional insight into Henri and Bailey's characters really makes for a great understanding of the conflict in this series. I'm soo happy with the way this book ended. The HEA was hard won but totally deserved. I definitely recommend this book, heck this entire series, to anyone likes a little action and drama with their love stories.
