Twitch, Twitch, Twitch. Gah, this man is devastating. From his sexy hooded eyes to his tattoos that are linked to memories to the scars he wears as his armor, this man is beautifully complicated. And the only balm to soothe his soul is Lexi. Always was and always will be. I didn’t put this down, I couldn’t. Stayed up all day and night to finish it because I was too enthralled to sleep. Sleep, who needs it? Not this lady apparently. This was very long, but I truly didn’t feel like it was tedious or dragged on. I felt like this author painstakingly went through so much detail and poured so much love for each one of her characters to give us the finale we’ve been craving.
When I read RAW a few years back I was like everyone else, destroyed by that last chapter and then shakily put back together by that very short and cryptic epilogue. Which you just knew was going to be everything. And RAW: Rebirth is just that. The hurt that goes on with these people is all too real and when the forgiveness finally happens it is like you can breathe again. I didn’t find this to be as dangerous as the first and sadly I never read Julius’ story so I can’t compare that, but I’m gonna assume that one was way heavier than the first and last book. I read this and was only slightly confused about some things that had taken place because I didn’t read book two and some characters were from that book. But it’s not like crucial, you can get away with just reading book one.
So many amazing characters and a lot of different POVs are involved, which I thought I would hate I thought I’d be all just give me Lexi and Twitch! But this actually made it that much fuller and really get into the nitty gritty of some of these characters mindsets. So good!!! And I’m weird about my H and h being celibate when they’ve already met each other and established a relationship., but are apart for however long. It has to be fair or all or nothing. Spoiler: And Twitch was gonna go there in a moment of frustration and weakness. He would have gone through with it but he was unable to perform and thus realized it was Lexi or nothing. End spoiler. So, still kinda sucky, but that realization is a bright side, so I’ll let that transgression slide.
And usually when there is a child involved in a story they kind of get pushed to the back. But not here and I loved that! A.J. was precious, such a sweet and smart boy!!! Twitch’s mini-me, eek!!! So cute!!! And I loved his own little love proclamation at the end, ugh my heart. Lexi and Twitch always had their son as the top priority and his well being came before their needs. I loved that, made it so much more powerful.
Gah, I highlighted so many passages in this story, so many great lines to remember. Just really highlighted how both main characters had grown, lots of self reflecting and open honesty was involved. And when it came down to it all, they needed each other to be whole again. That simple. Great storyline, amazing characters and I really hope we get more stories with some of the characters we got introduced to. Loved that Twitch and Lexi or friends now with Nox and Lily from Willing Captive. I love when authors do crossovers with their characters into their other stories. Loved this story and felt like it did RAW justice and was definitely worth the wait.

*arc provided from the author for an honest and unbiased review* RAW has always been one of those books that when I started it, or start a reread, I can't put it down. I'm completely and wholely enveloped in the story and world of Twitch and Lexi. RAW REBIRTH is no exception. From the minute I opened the arc , to the last word on the last page, I could not put this book down. There was no way you were pulling me out of the world of the Falco family. This book has it all my friends. Not only do we see the return of the King, because let's be honest King of the Underworld or not, he's always our , I mean Lexi's king. We also get to see Julius and Ana, Ling, Happy and of course , we have new additions that we absolutely fall in love with- AJ, of course, Molly, Manda and her Scottish man, the Vegas family, and... The team. I don't even feel like team is good enough. Team doesn't sound strong enough. Family. That's what these people are to Twitch, Lexi and AJ. They are the definition of family. And we get to see this whole family pull together when we hit Rocky waters. Of course, Belle doesn't just give is Rocky waters, she gives us a mother trucking hurricane of drama. Hurricane Ling. She goes off her gulldarn rocker and the Falco's are handcuffed to her, forced to go on the ride. She's so crazy if she's gonna sink the ship, she's gonna make sure everyone hurts. When Belle posted teasers saying she was crying, I was like I mean really... How much can Twitch make us cry. But hoooollllllly crud. This book isn't just full of the drama, it's full off THE FEEEEEEEEEELLLLS. Not only that, did anyone else feel like both Twitch and Lexi grew in this story? I mean Twitch tells Lexi he's a change man over and over, but we get to SEE Lexi morph. Finding her inner strength for her baby bird , she becomes this fierce mama bear. And then she morphs into the female wolf, which you will understand as you read the story. But her growth, her emergence , was down right beautiful. I seriously can not tell you how many times I highlighted passages in the book. I would highlight and save PAGES if I could. You know how you read some books and they just stick with you. You remember when you read it, what happened, how you felt, things the characters said....THAT IS THIS BOOK. 5 stars isn't enough. Hands down one of the best sequels (because it's a twitch and Lexi sequel, even though it's #3 in the series) I think I've ever read. But for real tho, anyone else want a Molly book? Cause I'm totally digging this chick.
