    This is my favorite book from the series . But it do wanted him to live with his Marcie. I wanted to see how Dray handle the President spot and Trigger, Reaver and Blue,the old Ladies. I think that, A.J., didn’t handle this ending like the others in the series. Maybe so, I still love this series. So go ahead and read this series.

    This book was absolutely perfect ending to the series. It didn’t have the same type of drama as seen in previous books and yet it still drew out plenty of emotions from a reader. More than I expected to have with the series end. One of the things AJ Downey does well is to bring real life into her make believe worlds and to make it work. She captured that perfectly without over doing or under doing it here. The relationship was sweet and real and fit for who I pictured them each as. One of the things with this series too was there were a wide range of ages for characters. This book had two older ones and while if fits well with the voice in the series, it definitely had a mature voice. Even the issues they faced and how they handle it were in the right voice.

    Gotta say Dragon was a character I wasn’t sure how AJ would handle. He was a strong side character but also was an important tie between all the other books in how he led the sacred hearts. There was a lot of preconceived ideas created from each book that had him in it. AJ did a wonderful job of not only bringing all his personality through from those books, but also in bringing depth for him as a character on his own. She created a wonderful lady for him too that brought him exactly what the title says.

    I could not put this down once I started. And while I am sad to see the series come to its ending, I thought it was very well done. I will be rereading this series often. Bravo

    Listen... I did not sign up for THAT feel trip! This was a wild, roller coaster of a book, let alone a tie up to our much beloved Sacred Hearts. I read far too much of this story through tears.

    These were guys I had really grown to love over the last 15+ books I've read in 2 weeks or so. I can't decide if the binge made it better or worse. Watching their HEA was so bittersweet, in that even the happy was laced in bittersweetness.

    Marcie was fantastic and I could picture her all the way through being the mother figure for the club and not seeing more of that was my only regret here. Then again, by that point, the club already had so much heart that her appearance was more appreciated than something they needed. Dragon needed her for himself. *sigh* This isn't a review so much as me getting my feels out in words.

    Honestly I loved the series, but the ending felt rushed, but maybe that's just me hating endings. This one is seriously emotional and while it does tell Dragon's story there is no significant plot or character development or closure for the series if that makes sense. The epilogue seriously ruined the book for me. I would recommend anyone reading the series skip this book altogether

    Ms Downey some authors leave the ending of a series wig cheer and fun with good times, but not you. Don’t know which one caused the heart to hurt more Cell’s or Dragon’s. But that’s kind of what sets you apart. Keep on telling the real. In case you can’t I enjoy your writing despite the tears.

    After listening to The first 2 volumes of Sacred Hearts MC I always wanted to know why there wasn't a book on Dragon. I finally found these last two volumes with the characters that came in at the end. I had to read this book first. OMG I was so happy that Tilly's spirit pushed Dragon to find love in Marci. It killed me when the scene of Doc's death. I continued to cry from there on out. Marci had the right philosophy of there is more to read than the cover of a book. Meaning people change, so don't judge their past, because you could be missing something precious. Thank you Ms Downey for this series

    I freaking love Dragon! This book had me all in my feels. Please read the series before you read this book! I promise you will enjoy this book more when you know more of the characters. But I have to say Dragon would be 10 stars if they were available. Oh! You need a water hose for the heat and a box of tissue for the tears !!!!
