    Man have I been waiting a while for this book! It's been a bit since I read Shifted Obsessions, so I had to do a quick refresher, but I was excited to finally get Hawk and Leo's book. This installment features a true menage (all three partners are physically intimate with one another) which is rare and I absolutely love getting. If this isn't your thing, you've been warned.

    Leo seems to be a fan favorite, but honestly, Hawk is mine. I adore the dynamic between the two men in the rest of the series, and loved getting an in depth view here. It was an interesting, and fitting, touch to make it so they needed to find a woman they both wanted to make them acknowledge their feelings for one another. I don't think that's a spoiler; you can pretty much get that from the blurb. Beth made a wonderful third point to this triangle and her character was both innocent and not in the way of abuse victims (this is in the prologue, no spoiler, also, there's no sexual abuse if that's your trigger).

    My only complaint is the first person perspective. I really can't get into the book as well as I want. Still an awesome book.

    If you're looking for a true menage, a long time coming romance, some sweet moments of redemption and realization, a lot of steamy goodness, and a deeper delve into the wold Mrs. Black has created, you should totally give this a go!

    Leo got a book! Leo got a book!! I'm giddy Leo has gotten the attention he deserves and the HEA he earned. Shifted Illusions is the 5th book in the series which should be read in order. Leo's book is a menage with MMF/MFM/MF/MM scenes. I love the banter and chemistry between this triad. Beth is perfect for Hawk and Leo. The Alpha Division gang is still in search of Wolford and from the looks of how this one ends...there's bound to be more books in the series. YAY!!! Shifted Illusions is a great addition to the series and I look forward to more of the Alpha Division!

    From confident, fun-loving, playboy to shattered hermit, Leo is one character who will tug at the heartstrings. The devastation from the attack (book 4 - Shifted Obsessions) has consequences that his shifter self just can't seem to heal. But finding a safe harbour may just help. Hawk's passion for Leo is a closely held secret. Brothers in arms, sharers in the more racy side of entertainment, his desire for the man goes beyond the looks. But will his willingness to open up be the key to Leo regaining a positive future? Beth is escaping a deadly past. Will her new found freedom lead to finding the loves of her life? Book 5 in the series and while you could read it alone, I would most recommend the entire series.

    A DEEPLY SATISFYING, HEART-WRENCHING, CRAZY HOT AND ROMANTIC READ THAT FILLED MY HEART UP WITH PURE WARMTH!

    Shifted Illusions was and is EVERYTHING! Sexy, sweet, emotional, with plenty of twists and a very well thought out plot, this story is insanely pleasing. Beth, Hawk, and Leo's story was intense and powerful. And the heat level....WOOOOWZA! I loved the connection and the push and pull between the three of them. And the ups and downs made for a engaging read. I couldn't ask for a more decadent read!

    I was in the mood for something different than I normally read and can I say WOW...Loved this shifter, sort of military, menage romance. Angst, insecurities, doubts, evil shifters and people, and a great love story between 3 people...Thanks C.E. Black for the AWESOME change in my diest😘😍
