    How Rhonda got her groove back. How her children helped her to see that she was a viable woman to be loved and desired as they were able to be with their partners. How she was able to get her deceased husband out of her head and heart and mind and see that Jaxon was the real deal. Love has not time limits or expiration date and definitely no age limit

    I see You!! Words Ronnie would whisper as Jax first walked away from her improv speed dating, set up by her daughter & daughter in law. Months earlier she had meet him but all she knew was the feeling that he invoked within her. Now he shows up to her speed dates and interrupts every few dates to get time in with her. And he's the only one who ask about her and what she's all about. Ronnie went through it with her deceased husband who left her with their only child and a daughter she found out about after his passing, but she raised after her mother's death. Now her children are grown and a Smith pact has been made for her to start living for herself. And Jaxon although younger makes her feel everything she missed when married to a man who lied, cheated and didn't know how to love her. Now she has a man who wants nothing more than to be every thing she wants and needs. But fear of a shattered heart holds her back. And when given the chance she runs. But he's given her three gifts that will bind them together for life. His love, his daughter, and their baby together. This series is wonderful and I am a new Japanese Dixon fan..

    Smith Surprise is the last book in this series, and it was my favorite. Rhonda has spent most of her life taking care of her kids and others, now it is time for her to do something for herself.

    With the Smith Pact, she promised to open her heart to love. But the problem is her past hurts still linger in her mind. Jaxon is a younger man, who came into her life expecting nothing, but in the end with Rhonda they both got everything.

    I loved reading Smith Surprise by Ja'Nese Dixon because it was so good. Rhonda was a widow who had made a promise to her kids that she would try and get back out there and date. Her kids had set up a speed dating kind of night for her and it was kind of funny! There she had met Jaxon and he was younger than her and was interested in dating her. I loved the conversations Rhonda or Ronnie had with herself. She had a pretty good sense of humor. Jaxon is definitely a charmer but her kids are not sure he is right for her. She is willing to give it a try since it will only be temporary since Jaxon is on a contract position with work. I would recommend reading this story because it is great story about 2nd chances for love.

    This is a short and sweet May\December romance. It seriously needs editing, but if you read it quickly it works out OK. It's good is you want a quick hit of romance for an older woman.
