Harry Rey has done it again. What an amazing book and awesome cliffhanger. I can’t wait for the next book to come out. This series has a little bit of everything and makes you want to never put it down. Then you read the last page and almost cry because it’s over until the next book is released.

This is book 4 in the Line of Succession series of books. This time the Queen is deathly ill, and the next in line is Prince James. But two daunting events occur, which causes the public to turn against James as heir to the throne in favor of his sister, Princess Alexandra. There are so many characters, and so many things going on in this story, that you will get thoroughly confused if you try to read this book as a standalone. You need to have read the first three books to get a grip on who's who and what's what. It's a continuing saga full of betrayals, back-stabbing, scandals, etc. and each volume in the series brings the story forward a bit more. This series of books would make a great serial television production such as the BBC's Masterpiece Theater. If you like historical sagas, you'll love this series.

The Line of Succession 4: Rex v. Regina by Harry F. Rey is the continuation of this Royal drama saga.  Family drama, political scheming. Scandals, secrets, lies, snd revealed truths... this story is entertaining and addictive.  These characters are flawed but yet you can't help but want more. I loved every page!

Wow, drama anyone. It is getting intense. This would make an excellent primate drama series. It has everything. I cannot wait to see how this ends. I know what I'm hoping for, but we shall see.
