Even as a child, Sundari absolutely loved the ‘lived happily ever after’ syndrome and she grew up on a steady diet of fairy tales, Phantom comics and Mandrake comics. It was always about good triumphing over evil and a happy ending after the protagonists surmounted all unexpected obstacles.

Once she entered her teens, Sundari switched her loyalties from fairy tales to Mills & Boon. While she loved reading both of these, she kept visualising what would have happened if there were similar situations happening in India; to local heroes and heroines. And of course, the joy of vanquishing the ubiquitous evil villains! Her imagination soared and she happily ensconced herself in a rosy romantic cocoon for many years.

    Taurus Temptation is my first novel by the writer Sundari. It's a modern work explaining the plans & goals of today's youngsters while at the same time telling us how two zodiac signs of extreme characteristics fall in love with each other. Youth today desire to be self-governing & begin something on their own, rather than be held to a 9-5 job in a firm.

    Who doesn't fancy being a member of a budding passionate connection, family show for a fixed arranged match, cutting off engagements, the triumphant establishment of a new cafe, beginning a blogging website, sibling fights, gossips within the community when a kid elopes with a guy?

    The tale has sentiments ranging from rage, envy, love, empathy, joy to grief. The way the writer has penned the novel, one can really feel these sensations in the situations. You cry when there's a sad scene running & you blush when there's a passionate scene. One can't help but choose sides & root for their beloved lead actors.

    The overall literature employed in the tale is something all readers can quickly understand. The few grammatical mistakes can be efficiently taken care of in the following publication. The conversations are so genuine & that it's comfortable to be inside the account. I just couldn't stop reading the novel because it has a great storyline.

    Beautiful love story- second chance for the rocking combo of Taurus and Cancer. The author's 50th book is another masterpiece in romantic fiction. Some of incidents resonates well with our daily life as well. Love you @sundari Venkatraman, you make us happy with your beautiful simple writing.     Another amazing work by Sundari Venkatraman. Her work makes me fall for her work. Though, I really want to read a masterpiece by her, which will be a 5-star read. In her book, I noticed the perfect description of an Indian middle-class family who is judgmental. I admire the description of the characters and the way she portraits them. She is the Danielle Steele of India. All her work is versatile. This story is about different personalities based on zodiac signs; of which one is a Taurus and another being a Cancer. This book tells the tale of how these traits fall for each other. The character of Vidyut is the highlight. I wish she could write a book where all the zodiacs have a part in building the characters of the protagonists. But, I love how she writes a whole novel with minimal characters and makes it a success. The narration is simple yet powerful.
