Review

Join Taryn on her journey through love and life. The knot hole is full of dreams and magic but most of all, love. Throughout the book you get the feeling of "just knowing" someone even though you've just met them. I still can't say whether the Guardian is a version of cupid or a guardian angel.

I could mention so many wonderful moments within these pages but the knot hole is a wonderful story that truly must be read regardless of whether you believe or not! A timeless tale of love, of finding your soul mate and the friends you make on the way. Discrete Divas Review

Taryn's adventures are only the beginning of life altering events - in fact I'd give anything to experience just one adventure like that! The whole reincarnation aspect and souls finding each other in future lives is beyond amazing and I truly believe that and that we do meet people for a reason.
I was glad taryn decided to write her mother's adventures and of course now she is experiencing her own, still not sure who's adventures are better lol.
Overcoming aspects from the past, the bonds formed between friends, family and partners is nothing short of a miracle. I could mention so many wonderful moments within these pages but the knot hole is a wonderful story that truly must be read regardless of whether you believe or not!
A timeless tale of love, of finding your soul mate and the friends you make on the way

The heroine is very lucky indeed, unbelievably lucky really, having inherited money and a big house, and even won the lottery. But hey, it's a fantasy novel, so nothing wrong with a little overload of imagination, I suppose. We follow her present day life as well as past lives, and handsome men appear one after the other. This is fortunate, since several long passages are detailed descriptions of their lovemaking. The descriptions are in good taste, though, and readers may even learn something from them, so there.
In between are passages of spiritual guidance, quite good actually. These passages are well written, where the development of the novel itself tends to be too detailed, telling us every little boring movement and stilted dialogue of the characters. However, while these reduntant descriptions could be edited and trimmed, other readers seem to find the book very well written, so not all book refers in the world are interested in great literature as much as the thrill and mystery of the plot, and I can understand that. BUT, what I find very annoying and awkward is the fact that words are missing here and there, words are misspelt, and a sentence may start in the past tense and continue in the present as in 'She thought she may do that' or something to that effect.

If a reader can detect all these flaws in one reading, it ought to have been a proofreader that read it way before it was published.
But who knows, perhaps the next book in the series is better 😉

A story that transcends time. Follow Taryn as she discovers a whole other world whilst discovering a whole new her.

I love this story! The author did a great job developing the characters and story-line. I felt very much a part of Taryn as she discovered herself and others around her - her love, despair, wonder. There were some very interesting concepts throughout the story and I found myself thinking about them well after I had finished reading the book.

I highly recommend this book to anyone of all age groups. It has just the right amount of fun and seriousness to make for a highly enjoyable read. Looking forward to the next book in the series!

I liked the book mostly because of the sex scenes, I enjoy steamy explicit ones but somehow I could not make myself give a 5 star because I could not stop thinking of both mother and daughter as being complete sluts. I know I know they were actually in their way making love or having sex with the same guy each time but once again I could not stop feeling as if they were cheating and feeling pity for the ever faithful men left behind.

First I have to say I LOVE every book I have read by Renee Lee Fisher, and this is no exception. In this beautifully written love story Taryn who is now living in her childhood home discovers "The Knot Hole" on the wall of her mother's old sewing room. Little did she know where that knot hole would take her. She learns that all the tales her mother told her as a child were adventures she had went on through the knot hole. Taryn is now experincing the adventures for herself. I will definitely be continuing this series with The Passage and then The Muse.
