Welcome to THE AEGIS NETWORK.
The Aegis Network is the brain child of former Marines, Bain Asher and Decker Griggs. While serving their country, Bain and Decker were injured during a raid in an undisclosed area during an unsanctioned mission. While on medical leave, they finished their pet project: a sophisticated Quantum Communication Network Satellite. When the devastating news came that neither man would be placed on active duty ever again, they sold this technology to the United States Government, which in turn funded their passion.
To save lives.
The Aegis Network is a group of men and women, mostly ex-military, from all branches, who may have left the armed forces, but the armed forces didn’t leave them. This network takes on all types of missions from kidnapping, to bodyguard, to infiltrating enemy lines. No job is too small or too big when lives are at stake.
As marines, they vowed no man left behind.
As civilians, they will do whatever it takes to ensure the safety of their clients.
Welcome to our world!

- Reviewed in the United States on May 11, 2019In this book, we get an "up close and personal look" at Dylan Sarich, or "Baby Dyl" as his family calls him. He is the youngest of four Sarich brothers and quite possibly the toughest and that is saying a lot. Dylan, a member of Delta Force, was recently held captive and brutally tortured. After his rescue, he was returned to his family in Florida to recover physically and emotionally.
It seems luck has dealt him an unexpected blessing. His mother's new neighbor, Kinsley Maron is a therapist with a unique skill set that may help Dylan with his PTSD and brain trauma, that is, if Mr. Macho is open to therapy.
The story reintroduces the reader to family members we discovered in previous books in this set...and some really cute new additions. OMG, loved the kids! I am still smiling, bet you will be too.
As you can imagine, Dylan struggles with his pain, and when he does, we begin to see a different soul emerge and there is hope he will find more to occupy his life than his job with Delta. If his brothers have their way, he will leave the service and join them in the family business Aegis but the man has set his mind to return to Delta Force and his men.
This is a beautiful story so filled with emotion and soulful, touching moments I did not want to put it down and I am pretty sure I am not the only one! Bottom line, great story, believable characters, compelling relationships and so much more. For me, it is a slam dunk and the author has my deepest gratitude for her ability to do justice to this story.
I received a reader copy in exchange for an honest review. Shortly after starting the book, I bought my own copy....it is just that good. Result: Fabulous 5 stars read.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2018This one is so heart wrenching and loving.
Dylan was beaten and tortured. He is now back home. Kinsley is a psychologist. Catherine, Dylan's mom has asked her to talk to Dylan and try to help him cope.
Neither Kinsley or Dylan want a relationship. They both have too much baggage. Will they let the other one go or will they give a relationship a try?
- Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2018The Return Home is the fourth book in the Sarich Brothers’ and is Dylan’s story. I have fallen in love with these characters over the course of the series and have enjoyed getting to know them all on a deeper level, their heartaches and fears, strengths and happiness and most of all their undying devotion and love for family. I enjoyed reading each brother’s story and seeing them find their happy endings. This book, however, stands a bit apart from the others. Instead of the action/suspense/romance of the other three brothers’ stories, this one is probably the most impactful of them all. This one delves into territory a lot of us shy away from in our own ways. Bottled up emotions and feelings that over time can do more harm to us and those we love and cause permanent damage in unimaginable ways. This story shared a brief look into the mind of a soul so tortured and closed off and the emotional war he struggled with to find balance, safety, forgiveness and ultimately love. Dylan’s story is truly an emotional battlefield rather than a suspenseful read with a mean villain, but one that is a page-turner just the same. The tension, anxiety, pain and emotional baggage were there, on every page, but the story also held a good balance of family fun and banter and silly outtakes with the children to give it a lighter touch as well. It was a gut-wrenching emotional ride with touching moments, lots of smiles and full of family love and support. Talty does a wonderful job with these characters and immersing us in Dylan’s struggles as he tries to find his way home. Great addition to the series.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 13, 2018I loved Kinsley and Dylan's story - an emotional, well-paced story about recovering from serious injuries, dealing with PTSD, facing your fears, and taking risks. In addition, Dylan was finally able to grieve for his father. This one was worth the wait. I am looking forward to Jen Talty's next book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic Reads
Thank you for the The Aegis Network series. I have just finished them. Love the constant bickering and teasing from the brothers, all done in the name of love and ‘always have your back’. Great story lines and love interwoven. I thought Dylans story was so beautifully written, trying to unravel a tortured mind after his ordeal whilst dealing with past trauma and cope with falling in love. So looking forward to the Matriarch to round the series off.
