    You don't have to be circumcised to enjoy Kitty Knish's delightful collection of sexy short stories. It's like 69 quickies. Some are funnier than others and some are sexier than others, but they're all clever and wonderful fun.And they manage to be sex positive and Jewish at the same time.

    It is almost unfair to 3-star Thong of Thongs by Kitty Knish (can you say nom de plume in Yiddish?). It is not ‘her’ fault that this is sold as nonstop adult Jewish “humor at its finest”. Many years ago, there was a series of books called Jokes for the John. Thong of Thongs is in that tradition, but perhaps with better quality writing

    It is Jewish in that themes, characters and biblical quotes inspire the short vignettes. As for humor… Some are funny, or at least humorous and just as often wry. This might make it useful for those seeking to have examples of each. A few are serious. Most are well crafted.

    Topics included, well sophisticated is a word that comes to mind, though that adds a gravitas not intended. Recondite also serves, but mostly because I like the word and rarely get to use it.

    This are smutty stories in that every one is about some aspect of sex. Very few are actively salacious. In finding 69 sexual variations ‘Miss Kitty’ addresses some rare preferences and perhaps invents a few. Bottom line, this is a light read, the droll side of getting it on; but the author, authors<?> are generally fine wordsmiths.

    ETA_Ok Full credit: what the boy found just under the split in the carpet was not the Afikomen and is a laugh out loud sketch.

    I did something I've never done before with this book - I put it in the recycle bin before I made it through even once. I couldn't even bring myself to donate it to a book sale. It's so bad. The stories aren't the least bit sexy, or funny, or .... or anything worthwhile.

    The one virtue was that it's cheap, so at least I didn't waste a lot of money on it.

    This is a fun collection of brief erotic vignettes. Often funny, sometimes surreal, always sexy (and occasionally utterly filthy), all the while poking fun at religious figures and historical celebrities.

    Each story works as a short sketch, playing on a single idea, so doesn't have time to expand on character. But there is plenty of memorable naughtiness here.
