    This book was so good! There is so much happening in Prosper Woods. Vincent and Rome are still going strong. Werewolves, Greg and Sam are discovering new aspects of their friendship. Everyone is banding together to help the ghost-boy Blue find some peace in the afterlife, and we still have so many enemies that need to be defeated. This book had me on the edge of my seat a few times. I have fallen in love with so many of these characters and I find myself cheering for them at every turn. This is a really fun and interesting series! I did receive a copy of this from Gay Romance Reviews and this is my honest review and recommendation.

    True Blue is the second book in the Prosper Woods series and cannot be read as a standalone. The prequel and first book must be read first otherwise you’ll be very confused. I love this series – the worldbuilding is fascinating, and the characters are delightful. I love how protective and fierce both Romeo and Vincent are – they are the perfect match for each other and their love is strong and intense. I like how the author switches the point of view from different characters – I think this gives the story more depth and I find it interesting to see the story through different perspectives. Like the first book, True Blue has a lot of action, a lot of plot development, and a lot of hot sex. It ended with a surprising revelation that makes me excited for the next book in the series to come out.

    John Solo narrated True Blue, and like the first two books he narrated in the series, he does a fantastic job. I like how accurate and consistent he keeps all the character voices throughout the series. This makes it very easy to follow along in the audiobook. All in all this was a fun and enjoyable listening experience.

    I love how this series is written as an ensemble. Getting all the difference POVs and mini subplots may be difficult to follow for some, but I love it. It's never boring because often you're jumping into a different chapter which is about something totally different from the one before. Also each chapter starts with a "letter to the editor" which makes me laugh no matter how ridiculous it is. This means I laugh every chapter so that's a win in my book.

    I loved seeing my fav Vamp and Unicorn still going strong. We finally get a little forward motion on Sam and Greg. I adore those two werewolves and ship them so hard. We meet some new townsfolk and of course more bizarre cases for the good sheriff. Poor Blue. I'm so glad that little ghost finally got the justice he deserved. The baddies in this one are the worst sort of people and that's all I'm going to say on that. Great second book in the series!

    Well, I know because I finished the book, and not a big part of the anything . I really don't think there is one. At 73 percent Blue still hadn't shown up.... They wondered about him a couple times. True Blue is basically a way to get from the previous book to the next one. I was just expecting booming thunder and lightening, excitement and tension from this one Didn't happen.

    Another great addition to the series, showcasing how our MCs are settling together, and the other supernatural happenings in the town are being revealed to Rome and Vincent. I did find the ending a little rushed, especially after such a big build up over the whole book - everything happened in a number of pages, more specifically, the last 10mins of the book. It could have been better spread out in that respect. I am curious about the next book and look forward to its release.

    I love Patricia style of writing not only does she make each book enjoyable she keeps all the threads going throughout the series.

    It’s important to read the prequel True Knight and book 1 True Mate to really get a feel for these characters, their person journeys, their love, their fierce protective natures towards their mates. You know with Ms Logan there will be humour and laughs along the way and her letters to the editor really show her sense of humour.

    Like the other Prosper Woods Chronicles, each have good plot lines and keep you guessing, but as a whole just wow.

    I can’t wait to read True Prince if only to see how the last line in True Blue plays out. Brillant

    In this one Vincent and Romeo are out to help a ghostly child who is hovering between worlds..Blue was taken from his family a few years back and they need to find where his body is..It opens a whole new light over the previous sheriff and it's heartbreaking to find out what happened to Blue...Greg and Sam are our werewolves from the previous book who are now together..I loved Greg and never mentioned him in my last review....He is truly getting into his Alpha role after fighting the former alpha Floyd who is still around and causing trouble...A brilliant next book in the series and can't wait to get onto the next one x
