    Loved the book! Nice easy read Ann always makes you get involved with her characters The closer I get to the end of her books, I slow down reading because I don't want it to be over!!!! Can't wait for the sequel to True Also I need to google a map to Bluebird, Tx Hurry Ann I need to know whats happening with True and Ritter

    Very good story. Good characters. Kept me interested. I could not wait to go to bed to get back into this book.
    The language kinda bothered me. and i can still remember a little about SEX without so much details and descriptions .LOL But over all this is a great author and writer.

    True and Ritter’s romance is a blueprint for love gone awry. True’s been battered by love and she is running from the latest debacle when she lands in Bluebird, Texas. Ritter is her reluctant hero, talked into a situation he wasn’t comfortable with. Down to the bone not comfortable with… Too bad True makes it so easy to believe the lie…

    “Who the hell are you?”
    “I’m the girl of your dreams. You just don’t know it yet.”

    I’m not usually a fan of the premise of this story, I usually shy away from a trope that generally has me eye-rolling through the fakeness. That wasn’t the case here. With family surrounding them, in the thick of things and supporting the fake scenario they built around her, True and Ritter spun their circumstances in a way that kept my attention all the way through. They were funny and awkward. Realistic in unreal circumstances. Even as the hits kept coming they argued and talked – and loved - their way through it.

    Their story may have dragged in spots (it is a really long read) but I pushed through and the reward was worth it. An ending with feels from all sides, this family-centric romance will have me visiting Bluebird again. There is, after all, some unfinished sibling business…
