This was a well written book for this reader! I enjoyed the storyline and almost would have been interested in continuing the series, but I couldn’t get past the vulgar language! I always finish a book to give a fair review, and am not a prude. But the constant tacky use of the C word just ruined it for me! Now if this doesn’t bother you I would say try this series. I really wasn’t a fan of hitting a woman on her private parts to get her to obey either. That is no expression of love! As the hero expressed to himself he wanted to keep the heroine!
Uncovering Lily
Cliffhanger - will need all 3 books to complete the story. A bit brusque and stilted in the dialogue and the whole “your body is my body” thing. Wanted the story to be better than it was and the ending was rather a letdown.
Pretty good
To be honest, I chose and decided to buy the first book out of spontaneously and curiosity!?? Surprisingly it was spicy, suspenseful and sort of action like without any bloodshed?!? The chemistry between an successful but dominant billionaire CEO like Finn and an young college student, Lily whom Finn bravely rescued from an Hong Kong brothel after being kidnapped, is pretty hot!!!
