I can’t believe I started this series so late! I’ve only read 2 books and they both have been so good. Here’s the story of Declan & Bailey. Bailey is restarting her life after an unexpected divorce, which has left her in debt and a bit shattered. Her ex-husband is not who she thought he was and might have her questioning everything they had. Declan is your typical business billionaire. Work first and play later, no time for romance or commitments just simply fun. This is a true page-turner, they’re so many funny moments, steamy moments, the chemistry between these two is off the charts!

    They say all good things must come to an end and while that is true with the Wicked Horse Vegas series, Sawyer Bennett sends it out on a high!

    Declan Blackwood is a hotel tycoon that is not only known for his prowess in the boardroom, but also in the bedroom, err, The Wicked Horse. His life revolves around his work and relationships are not his thing. He's always lived a life of privilege, but he's got a side of him that is softer, but it will take a special person to get to that very hidden spot.

    Bailey Robbins grew up with parents who worked hard and that trait was passed on to her. She's working multiple jobs to make ends meet while also helping her parents out when she can since they both suffer from health issues. She's sassy, spirited and smart.

    During her shift as a maid at the hotel, Bailey encounters Declan in his suite and there is a spark that he feels that he can't seem to understand. When he's put in a jam by his current assistant, he tells Bailey to help him. She pushes back and in the end, he dares her to try to be his assistant all the while thinking she'll be just like the rest who go through the revolving door. What Declan doesn't realize is Bailey is a hard worker and she's bound and determined to make it in this job. When sparks begin to fly between Declan and Bailey, will the working relationship be able to stay in tact even if they make an agreement outside the office?

    There was so much to love in this book. I loved Bailey and her attitude and how she was able to make Declan see things in a different light. Yes, they grew up very differently, but as people, that doesn't change how you feel when you're around them and while they may have been opposites in so many ways, they fit together perfectly. I also loved the part his former nanny played and how it shows that you can choose your family.

    Overall, a really enjoyable and easy to read book to finish out this series. It's been a great heat filled ride with the Wicked Horse Vegas crew!

    Declan Blackwood is a man who is used to the finer things in life and always getting what he wants- no exceptions. He has made many a fantasy come true in the Wicked Horse, but that is the only piece of him that he is willing to share. Relationships are off the table, and he is married to his work. That doesn't always make him a pleasant person to be around, and Bailey's first encounter with him certainly justifies the impromptu "Dicklan" moniker that has been bestowed upon him. She is not about to be cowed by him though, and her quick thinking along with her backbone unexpectedly land her a new position as Declan's personal assistant with a salary that will allow her to stop working 3 jobs.

    Ever since Bailey's husband left her, she has been struggling to make ends meet to pay off thousands of dollars in debt he stuck her with while simultaneously caring for 2 disabled parents. This new job could be the answer to her prayers, and she actually enjoys it. Declan is surprised by her quick mind and astute observations... now if he can just keep his thoughts away from her personal attributes he will be doing well! The attraction is obviously mutual, and for the first time he considers actually crossing the line with an employee.

    Bailey never failed to amaze me with her pragmatic thought process in the face of emotional turmoil, and once she is convinced to take the leap... YOWZA! The heat is definitely turned up to blazing, and Declan finds himself intrigued by a woman outside the club for the first time that he can remember. His family life growing up most certainly didn't provide him with any incentive to look for love, and he would barely know what love looks like without the influence of his nanny Leonie who he still loves and provides for to this day.

    Watching Declan turn into a likable human being under Bailey's influence and seeing her blossom coming out of the self-protective shell she adopted after her husband's defection was a joy! Wicked Billionaire is another wonderful Wicked Horse story and one that I will re-read again

    Loved Bailey & Declan!!

    This is a great story about a privileged billionaire (Declan Blackwood) who wants for nothing, does not hear the word ‘no’ from people and enjoys his women without any strings and a little on the kinky side. Thus, he’s a proud, card-carrying member at The Wicked Horse, Las Vegas.

    It’s also about Bailey, who is a hard-working (3 jobs), takes care of her disabled parents (mostly her Mom), recently divorced woman, who somehow ended up with her ex-husband’s credit card debt. She’s strong, determined and is definitely not looking to get involved in another relationship.

    Declan & Bailey meet while she’s working as a maid in one of the famous Blackwood Hotels, or more specifically, Declan’s Penthouse. She gets an eyeful, as one of Declan’s conquests storms out from the bedroom, a little “miffed” there wasn’t any interest from Declan to want ‘more’ with her. As Bailey continues with her cleaning, Declan gets a call from his less-than-competent (his opinion) assistant, informing him of not-so-great news. He’s livid & immediately fires said assistant before ending the phone call. He needs help right away fixing this problem & without thinking, Bailey blurts out a solution which shocks Declan. He says to Bailey that if she can make this happen, he’ll giver her the job as his new assistant. After some serious negotiating, Bailey accepts.

    This then begins the story of Declan & Bailey, who have both been brought up from 2, totally different worlds. They both have a lot they can learn from each other but it’s not without a few hurdles to get over. One big one that comes in at about 89% of the way in!!!

    But I really loved this story and enjoyed watching both Bailey & Declan give in and learn to trust and open themselves up to the possibilities they thought were not meant for them. (The trips to the Wicked Horse were pretty great too!!)
