4.6 out of 5 stars 179 ratings

Jack’s release from prison is bittersweet. He’s done his time, but making up for the mistakes that landed him behind bars won’t be easy. He may be free, but earning back his place in the Salvation Kings―and in King’s good graces―won’t be easy. Then there’s Zero, his self-appointed knight in shining armor, always rushing to his defense. Jack doesn’t know much about Zero except that he drives him crazy―for more than one reason.

Elías ‘Zero’ Rivera knows what it’s like to be broken, bruised, and desperate for a second chance. Jack makes it painfully clear he doesn’t want his help, but Zero can’t stay away. He sees the man beneath the tough exterior, and he’s completely captivated even when Jack refuses to let him in. When Jack finally looks at him in a way no one else has, Zero struggles to believe it’s real because who could love someone as broken as him?

Old mistakes come back to haunt Jack, and he’s faced with an impossible choice: protect Zero or lose himself all over again. The clock is ticking, and this time, prison is the least of his worries.

Ana Night is a writer of suspenseful gay romance. She’s an avid reader who has loved the written word since she discovered it. When she was a kid, she never went anywhere without a notepad. She was always writing, be it in the backseat of the car, between classes in school, or by the pool on vacations.

When she’s not writing, you can find her with her nose buried in a book, singing and dancing, or watching her favorite TV shows.

Ana lives in Denmark where she spends most of her time running from her ninja kitty—that one goes for the ankles—and getting lost in the woods with her horse.

Getting out of prison all Jack wanted to see was his brother, but what he got was Zero a stranger. Nothing seemed to go his way, first King was still upset, then he went home and found out his room was turned into a nursery and lastly his brother blaming him. But,with every going on the one person to have his back was Zero. The stranger he wanted nothing to do with yet he wanted, he was still trying to figure this out because everytime he needed anything for some reason Zero was there. What started as a love/hate relationship turned into so much more. No matter how much they tried to fight their attraction to each other the more they were drawn to each other,it was like Zero could see Jack's soul and all Zero wanted was Jack and that was a first for him. Because of how his life started he never thought he'd have what he found a man to love and a man to love him. Cute Couple!😍😍

Seemed like it took forever to get Zero and Jack, but it was worth the wait. While the HEA after is expected, it's always great to see each book in the series have their own 'story'. Zero wants to save the world but does not believe he deserves anything good. Jack also in trying to protect others has become a bit of an a$$. These two need each other, and hopefully, they can survive the threats that might keep them apart.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading the series' previous books over the past week. This is the second MM MC series I've read, and I am definitely a fan of the MC world. I especially liked the diversity of characters in the Salvation Kings MC. The representation was wide, and each of the characters was intriguing and unique in their own right.

This installment was just as enjoyable as the previous ones in the series. I thought Jack and Zero were a good match. Not only was their chemistry explosive from the start, but they understood each other as individuals who had been through something life-changing. Throughout the story, they shared some of the same struggles and insecurities, which solidified their connection. In addition, they shared a loyalty to the MC and a protective side toward the people they cared about.

I appreciate that the author always keeps the stories in the individual books fresh with plenty of action, an engaging conflict resolution, and a unique premise to match the main characters. I can definitely say that each book is different and fascinating on its own.

All in all, a great story (and series, for that matter) for MM readers who enjoy a compelling storyline, some action, and lots of steam with their romance.

I always love hee books because I feel like she does a great job with character development, and she doesn't rush through the story. They always have some angst, but for good reason and no one is unnecessarily mean. I like how she writes about men who work hard, play hard and love hard. This book was no different and I like how it turned out

Jack and Zero's story is simply amazing. Quite a bit of (past) hurt in this story, but a very HEA. If you liked the other stories in this series, you don't want to miss out on this one. Ricky and Victor made me really curious, hope to read more about them.

Zero is the seventh book in the Salvation Kings MC, by author Ana Night. This story is told in dual POV which really fits the storyline. I do not think you need to read the books in order to get this story. You always get more out of a series if you do read them in order, but it is not something you have to do to read this story.

Zero: The Kings have saved his life. Given it meaning again after being in prison. He wants love for himself. But more than that he wants to be a good person.

Jack: twin to Sully. He has been in prison for betraying the Kings and breaking the law. He wants to be back into the Kings good graces but he has an uphill battle for that. He is very angry when we meet him and Zero is his light in the darkness.

Overall, great read. I love this series and cannot wait for more in the future.

So we met Zero in Jet’s book. If you haven’t read the series i suggest you get to it. You don’t want to miss a thing!

So Zero was Walkers cell mate. He has come a long way since getting out. He’s joined the Kings, has a job, a home and brothers at his back. He really is a nice guy he didn’t deserve what he got. Or so he thinks.

Jack screwed up. Big time. Now he’s out of prison and trying to get his life back. There’s so much going on his twin is living his life like Jack isn’t even there. An so have his brothers. So his temper gets the best of him and Zero is there to help him understand.

When these two get together it just melts the pages. You get to see there are two sides to every story. That there is alway more that the eye can see.

This was a really good finish to the series although I’d have liked to see a little recap on how each couple are doing. My heart aches for both Jack and Zero and I was happy to see them find love.
