About the author

Dahlia Donovan wrote her first romance series after a crazy dream about shifters and damsels in distress. She prefers irreverent humour and unconventional characters. An autistic and occasional hermit, her life wouldn’t be complete without her husband and her massive collection of books and video games.

- Reviewed in the United States on November 21, 2021A Fluffy and sweet steamy age gap mm holiday romance with a plethora of festive dates and nosey family members.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 21, 2020This was a short holiday novella that had 2 Scrooges, a donut truck, meddlesome and funny family members and a mechanic's garage. Kaito runs a donut truck out of a vintage VW van and hates December. He has to deal with an annoying ex-boyfriend, a meddlesome best friend, and his attraction to his uncle's friend, Ridge, who is a hot silver fox.
Ridge loves classic cars and works in a mechanic's garage with his family. He hates the holidays and isn't interested in celebrating. He would rather be left alone if not for his meddlesome, loving, and large family. When Ridge see his friend's hot nephew, Kaito, again, both men agree to date for December and spend the holidays together. It takes a Christmas miracle for both men to discover the true meaning of Christmas and fall in love :) Lovely and sweet Christmas novella that was originally published in the author's newsletter as a serial.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2021This was an odd story for me. There were a few editing problems. (The author referred to one of the characters by the wrong name on a couple of occasions. Additionally, there were a few spelling errors.) But my main criticism is that I didn't feel any heat between the two main characters. They were both so laid back that I couldn't feel the connection. I also never got a true sense of either of the main MC's personalities. There were a lot of secondary characters in this story but the main characters got no more development than anyone else. No spark for me.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 11, 2022This is a short cute read. Two men who have had a crush on each other agree to date during the holiday that both of them hate. What they learn is that Christmas is much better when you have someone to share it with
