    Her Frozen Cry is the 5th book in the Detective Amanda Steele series. If you like realistic homicide thrillers that don't involve a lot of gruesome violence, then you might enjoy this series. In this particular case the lead detective Amanda Steele is tasked with finding out why a young, female entrepreneur worth millions dies a sudden and unexpected death. And to muddle the waters the husband of the deceased is an old high school friend Amanda has not seen in over 7 years. Although this was not my favorite book in the series it was still a good read and keeps Amanada Steele as a must-read series in my library.
